The Black Cats are in transition under their new manager, while City boast such attacking riches there can be no doubt that they head into today’s clash as overwhelming favourites.

Expectant Fantasy managers will be looking to Sergio Aguero to capitlise – the Argentine heads into the teatime kick-off as the most popular captain choice in the Gameweek and with over 40% ownership.

    I know it's only been one week. But as a Tadic owner should I be concerned not having Redmond + 1.5? Is dropping Tadic to Redmond worth the ft?

      Tadic sounded like he had a great game throughout. If you thought Tadic was better before today then nothing should change your mind just because he didn't score.

        That 1.5 could be valuable elsewhere and if another mid, who is 1.5 cheaper, is being trusted as a striker and is building confidence.. why wait?

            because I had that sinking feeling that Tadic would bag that once-a-season big haul. He has pk's and set pieces. He's nailed. I pictured Redmond doing poorly and being subbed off for Jay or Austin around 60 minutes. It's not as if Redmond scored a goal from open play. lucky bounce from a corner but credit to him for being in the right place at the right time. I have no clue how he played throughout the match.

                  No problem. Redmond is a great pick but if you dump Tadic he will definitely score well and then you will get burnt. I wouldn't do anything hasty and just give it a week or two more to decide.

            We also knew Bojan would be up top, why did ppl bring him in? I watched highlights of Redmond and found his finishing to be poor. Plus others on here were saying the same.

              I don't think many dos bring in Bojan. I'm not sure how this correlates anyway as he has never looked like a worthwhile pick.

                didn't* And it's just the connection between mids being played up top.I should've given Redmond more credit but he's never been a true worthwhile pick either and he was the likeliest of strikers to be pulled off for Austin or Jay.

      The formation with Redmond up front did not work and he is much more effective on the wing cutting inside, Saints had no width playing 442 so although Redmond did well i think he is better played to the wing.

          If a player you own goes up 0.2m and you sell him you get 0.1m profit. If a player goes down 0.1m and you sell him you're team value will go down 0.1m. There are price change websites that tell you when a player is going to go up and down in price.

          The idea is to accumulate a reasonably high team value so that in the second half of the season you can put in more good players than other people with a similar rank which should give you an edge.

              If the target column is over 100 then they are likely going to rise. It usually takes them a few weeks to get the predictor fully accurate but it's a very good indication no matter what.

      really bad first 60 mins from spurs, eriksen and alli were very quiet and so ball never really arrived at Kane. Lamela, Janssen and Walker had good games.

      In the first half,Spurs were absolute horrendous. In the 2nd half,Janssen took better positions,Kane started playing a bit behind him. I have him and will remove him if he doesn't score/assist vs Palace.

      Yep, although 4 for Heaton isn't the end of the world.

      Isn't days like today when rotation comes into force. It's when Burnley are away at Chelsea and WBA are at home to Boro.

      People knock it but I still think it's better than 1 premium keeper.

        Yep, the reasoning is sound. Thing is, it's games against the big clubs where goalies can earn the most points. It's conceding 1 goal from 2 shots on target when the rotation hurts.

    It's sorted by "Shots on target" but I think "Touches - Penalty Area" or "Touches - Final Third" gives a good indication of attacking defenders, etc.

      I suggest you to add "headers" for the shots. Headers shots should be discounted compared to regular shots because they have less chances to be converted in a goal.

      Rooney owner here too. I'm not a massive fan but United have a proper forward now which might create some space for Rooney. He's got an array of talent around him so should have every opportunity to get his assist and scoring boots back on. Will be a bargain at 9m if so.
