We were dressed for success, but success it never comes.

Suited and booted, we crown the new season riding a wave of giddy optimism. The positivity flows on the eve of a new campaign which, on paper, looks destined to be one of the best in memory.

Granville makes a belated return to ScoutCast action to join Jonty, Andy and myself as we start to sift the seemingly endless array of options open to us on the new season player list.

It’s bewildering stuff but, guided by you, the community, we attempt to navigate all your pre-season questions before laying our own cards on the table.

It’s amazing to be back amongst it again. Let’s just hope the smiles stay as wide for the next episode.

      It's fine if you're sure on Ramirez and KDB. I think there's better value in the 6.5 strikers than the 5.5 mids

      dont know how to rate but i'll offer my opinion , hope you dont mind

      over the course of season not bad, for gw1 not so sure. arsenal defense shaky, is stones guaranteed to start? Love the midfield ..i think lamela is a dark horse this season.

      carroll might be affected by ayew and gray is guess is the best of a budget option list

      the team isnt bad just personally i would have more questions than answers for GW1

        Overall I think it looks good. Can't really fault it. Amat might be an issue but you don't have any money to upgrade him.

        I'd maybe considering doing Alli -> Tadic then upgrade Redmond?

    Only thing i seem to be changing now is my defence. which is greatt.

    Last season at this time i had mahrez in my team then changed that last minute. Then after that i was too stubborn to get him in until it was too late. Glad ive settled on my attack.
