Dugout Discussion – West Ham vs Bournemouth

The London Stadium hosts the final match of Gameweek 2 as West Ham attempt to settle in their plush new home.

Slaven Bilic’s side host a Bournemouth outfit who claimed a 4-3 victory in the same fixture just over a year ago, via a Callum Wilson hat-trick.

Looking at the West Ham teamsheet, Eddie Howe’s men will fancy their chances again.

The Hammers head into this encounter without both Andy Carroll and Dimitri Payet – the latter “felt something” after his appearance at Chelsea on Monday night, whilst Carroll has sustained a knee injury which will keep him out for a number of weeks according to Slaven Bilic.

As for the Cherries, they appear to have changed shape and seem to be going on the attack: Howe has introduced Ryan Fraser on the flank, with Lewis Cook dropping out.

Mark Mark created the beast. He's now looking to tame it.

    Am I stupid for thinking having lukaku + giroud is better than ibra + 6.5?
    Luk and gru can be donkeys at times but on their day they are as good as any( just for goals)
    Also both of their fixture are unbeleivable
    A) stupid
    B) coin toss
    C) right

      I think you could easily be right, probably a coin toss, but absolutely no point in taking a punt on it until they both are fit and firing. Especially as Ibra and a couple 6.5s doing the business.

      Depends on your other mids. I'd say you need Ibra but you don't want to decimate your midfield..

    Massive headache. Just looked at price changes facing -0.1 Fuchs tonight and -0.1 Firmin next few days. Already used FTs on Ibra & Red. Would you:
    (a) -4 on Fuchs > Walker (walker +0.1 tonight)

      I did Vardy to Ibra Friday am. Very pleased with it but the only problem with it is when Kane hits form I'll want him too but won't be able to afford without destroying rest of my team.

    Would you transfer Firmino to Barkley if it meant playing both Barkley and Deufoleu next game week v Stoke to get price lift on Barkley and avoid drop on Firmino? Another transfer would cost -4 points although I know likely to see drop in Deufoleu price.
