The London Stadium hosts the final match of Gameweek 2 as West Ham attempt to settle in their plush new home.

Slaven Bilic’s side host a Bournemouth outfit who claimed a 4-3 victory in the same fixture just over a year ago, via a Callum Wilson hat-trick.

Looking at the West Ham teamsheet, Eddie Howe’s men will fancy their chances again.

The Hammers head into this encounter without both Andy Carroll and Dimitri Payet – the latter “felt something” after his appearance at Chelsea on Monday night, whilst Carroll has sustained a knee injury which will keep him out for a number of weeks according to Slaven Bilic.

As for the Cherries, they appear to have changed shape and seem to be going on the attack: Howe has introduced Ryan Fraser on the flank, with Lewis Cook dropping out.

Mark Mark created the beast. He's now looking to tame it.

    This is my team
    Foster Heaton
    VVD stones Valencia Amat Friend
    Haz Firmino Lamela Redmond Fletcher
    Aguero Ibra Gray

Thinking of wilcarding after gameweek 3 :
    Firmino to sterling
    Lamela to Barkley
    Fletcher to Capoue
    Gray to benteke
Redmond to Ramirez if he does well next week or snoddy
    VVD to walker
    Stones to Evans or McCauley
This happens if my current players that I'm planning to transfer out get less than 3 points next week and the players I'm planning to transfer in get more than 4 points

You'll want a whole different set of players next week depending on who scores points.

Your team is fine - no need to WC

Cheers, yeah can't afford Benteke. Yeah Rondon was my first choice, mainly cause Hulls fixtures are horrible but neither West Brom nor Bournemouth look great going forward. Hopefully Rondon can nick another couple in the coming weeks!

Have been lurking a little the past few days while soaking up the rays. I'm seeing a lot of advice given around mid-priced midfielders as a makeweight to get Ibrahimovic in. Thing is, I don't think many will return the points that a premium defender would earn you.

The teams I see doing well have shifted to a 433. If a rival had a back 4 of Shaw, Valencia, Walker, Williams (etc), I'd be much more worried of their attacking returns, CS and BAPs than seeing Pamela, Barkley, even Redmond perhaps.

What I was going to conclude is, perhaps get the likes of Redmond, Bolasie, Mirallas etc for the fixtures and swap in and out accordingly ( I fancied Redmond vs Watford but benched him for Man U. Back in again next week vs SUN) and don't moan when there are attacking points on the bench, or go with a big back 4.

There have not beempn that many clean sheets so far, so the teams you've seen excel at 433 are choosing tneir defenders quite wisely.

I think, for now, fit and hot Ibra and Aguero are essential, and there are many mid priced mids to choose from. From there, or if one goes 433, it's a matter of choosing correctly. I guess that is how it always is though...

True, but I'd respond by saying with Pochettino, he doesn't play with wingers and has 2 holding mids in front of his back 4. Walker and Rose are pretty much the wide attacking outlets. CS is very likely due to Wanyama and Dier, plus assists too.

Mourinho is very similar.. perhaps using the fullbacks a touch less advanced. So I'd say their CS and attacking returns have been pretty predictable.

Korean and Everton are the next to get it working once Korean has Williams up to speed. Bolasie will be his new Mané with Baines and Coleman overlapping.

Bargain defenders (and attackers) at 5.5m. Even Rose may outscore many 6-7m mids.

Does anybody think that changing the profit made from sold players could change the game. Instead of losing out on 0.1m for every 0.2m rise in your players, could selling players for their exact price increase the strategic element of this game. It could tempt more point hits in order to increase value. for those worried about players wildcarding early to increase value, you could introduce the rule that means you can't make any profit on players during your wildcard.
