He’s gone. Aguero has been shown the door, at least by myself, Jonty and Andy.

But Granville had to be different.

The revitalised ScoutCast shock-jockey simply had to go against the grain and choose to bench the Argentine.

He’s also refusing to play his Wildcard, challenging us to persuade him over the course of this episode.

Do we succeed in tipping him over the edge? You’ll have to listen in and find out.

In doing so, you’ll hear the four of us address a barrage of Wildcard fuelled questions from you, the Community, as we tackle subjects such as the Arsenal midfield conundrum, Payet vs Antonio and survey the options when it comes to cheap enablers.

This episode of the ScoutCast was first beamed live via YouTube on Tuesday evening.

Mark Mark created the beast. He's now looking to tame it.

    Current WC team:

    Foster (Jakupovic)
    Valencia Williams Masuaku Evans (Amat)
    Hazard **** Mane Antonio ****
    Ibra Lukaku ****

    For the missing spots:
    A) Sanchez + Capoue + Diomande (rotation between Evans, Capoue and Diomande + 0.9m ITB)
    B) Ozil + Rondon + Capoue (3-4-3 every week, 0.3m ITB)
    C) Sanchez + Puncheon + Capoue (3-5-2, 0,ITB)

    What do you reckon?

    Steklenberg, Pickles
    Monreal, Valencia, Baines, Masuaku, Evans
    Sterling, Ozil, Payet, Lanzini, Capoue
    Ibra, Costa, Diomande

    GW6 2FT Costa + Payet > Kun + 6.7 Mid - maybe. I'm not fundamentalist about rushing Kun back; we'll see.

        Dio's bench fodder, so 352/442.
The WH double is for fixtures, and will change when I bring Kun back.

my WC is done - the hard part was to ditch ibra - once you get used to that its smooth sailing. what do you think?

    Cech, Pickford
    Valencia, Baines, mcaully, kone, amat
    Hazard, sanchez, firmino, antonio, capoue
    Kane, benteke, bony

the difference between ibra and kane was to upgrade sterling to firmino and heaton/foster to cech/pickford

    gtg?

i believe cech will outscore foster significantly - also mc or evans are similar price substitutes, while cech is cheaper than all his defense

On paper the team looks very solid, but some of the players are not i form and that can be an issue.

I think Ibra is essential, especially on a WC as you'll regret it. Kane is yet to score and looks pretty poor, could pay off but any goals Ibra scores, 55% of the game are going to benefit

i know, but - the derby will be tough, and then fixtures are mostly poor.

I like it in principle, but if you actually look at the players in your penultimate sentence in terms of form...

      > You've ditched the joint highest scoring striker for one who is yet to score a goal
      > You've ditched an in-form midfielder for one who has picked up a jammy assist and nothing else
      > And you've switched two goalkeepers who are both nailed on and who are the second and third highest scorers in their position, for one who has conceded 5 goals in three games and one who may be about to lose his spot.

Obviously you don't get their historical points, and it's only 3 weeks worth of form, but I don't know how much better shape you're in by not having Ibra...

Had a hard time deciding between Sanchez and Ozil, so instead i picked them both 🙂

    Heaton - Jakupivic
Valencia - Williams - Kone ( Amat, Evans)
    Hazard - Sanchez - Capoue - Antonio - Ozil
    Ibrahimovic - Lukaku - (Barrow)

Good to go? or should i try to sort out a second safer goalkeeper?

Heaton will make up in save points what he loses in clean sheet points so you're okay.

Is your intention to drop Sanchez and get Kun in in 2 GWs? If so, a temp Sanzil option is doable.

Sanchez have to stay for 2 GWs, since that is my Kun plan.

I can NOT decide what to do in my draft league. I really like and want Remy when he is back from injury. I traded him out last night for Defoe (3rd Striker) and brought in Capoue to fund it. However now im wondering whether to get him back in and just carry him for 7-8 weeks to ensure I will have him later in the season. Heres my dilemma...

    A) Defoe + Capoue (Bench Cap for the foreseeable)
    B) Remy + Snodgrass/Ramirez (Bench Remy for the foreseeable)
