Gameweek 17 delivers one last match for Fantasy managers as Everton entertain Liverpool in the first Merseyside derby of the season.

Adam Lallana arrives at Goodison as the most sought-after target in Fantasy Premier League last week – over 290,000 drafted him in on the back of a 19-point haul at Middlesbrough.

Divock Origi was the number one forward for transfers in ahead of Gameweek 17 – the Liverpool frontman has recovered from a knock and is looking to score for the fifth successive Gameweek.

In terms of FPL captains, Romelu Lukaku and Sadio Mane are the two most popular picks for tonight’s match.

The big Belgian has struggled for form, though, failing to earn points in five of his previous six league outings.

Although he’s flourished at Anfield, Mane has disappointed on the road, serving up six blanks in eight road trips.

Meanwhile, Roberto Firmino – the third most transferred out ahead of Gameweek 17 – will be looking to stop the fire sale and end a run of five straight blanks against a defence with just a single clean sheet in 12 attempts.

    Iheanacho is -98% on fplstats, if he falls tonight then I will be priced out of bringing in Benteke for him. Is this worth a -4 hit? Or should I accept the price situation, hope he plays against Hull and find another way to get Benteke later?

      I'm in exact same scenario but I'm happy benching him this week. I hate losing that .1 but the reality is I have a strong front 7 this week.

      Rotation a factor too,no guarantee that Iheanacho doesn't get more minutes with busy festive period and it's against Hull.

        Yeah I agree defence will be expensive, but it will have more probability of giving me points plus bellarin can give me attacking returns very easily.
        I don't see any other area where I should invest in from firmino's money.
