Gameweek 18 rolls on this evening as Liverpool welcome Stoke to Anfield in a 5.15pm kick-off.

Owned by over 21% of Fantasy Premier League managers, Sadio Mane’s home form suggests he’s the man most likely to wreak havoc against the Potters – the Senegal international has scored or assisted in six of seven Anfield appearances since arriving from Southampton over the summer.

Divock Origi, with goals in all but one of the last five Gameweeks, retains his starting berth, with Jurgen Klopp set to unleash Daniel Sturridge from the bench once again.

Roberto Firmino also keeps his place as he attempts to end a run of six straight blanks.

For the Potters, Joe Allen is the form player – he’s bagged a goal and assist in the last three Gameweeks as he prepares to face his former club for the first time since moving to the bet365.

Between the posts, Lee Grant has produced at least one save point in each of the last four and should be kept busy again as the hosts look for the win that would see them leapfrog Man City into second.

  Well you gotta think about Mane and Zaha (probably) leaving soon, right? So make sure you have the free transfers for that, since there's nothing pressing in the front line there. Perhaps when the time comes you can downgrade Mane to upgrade a forward to Ibra/Aguero or Lukaku/Sturridge if that happen to be looking good

Is it worth doing Mane>Lallana tonight and wait and see with Kane tomorrow? probably save Kane>Aguero for free next week as i can afford another Kane drop.

        I agree about ur transfers actually but bellerin is too expensive. Holgate is not yet nailed i think but id definitely have him if he is. Mikh i think is a good option better than ozil now and origi maybe to rondon?

  If I had my wildcard this instant... I'd avoid Origi and probably play two strikers (premiums). If I wanted a 3rd striker I'd only consider Bentekkers/Rondon because of fixtures but neither is on pens (I'm assuming the former has lost them) which makes them slightly less attractive. Would want at least one other semi-premium mid alongside Sanchez (Haz/Mkhi). Lallana/Phillips/Pedro/Walcott all good options depending on rest of team. Vertonghen the worst spurs defensive asset IMO, Walker or Rose instead. Pickford might be out for a while, wait on news.

    Thanks so much for ur thoughts. I'm thinking of rondon for the fixtures actually myself, specially that sturidge is back. With his price vertogen i can switch to a better option (doesn't have to be spurs...u prefer someone else?)

So here it is, merry Christmas, everybody's.....helped me come to this (possibly) final question:

A) Pickford + Moses ---> Hennessey + Philips (-4)
B) This week: Moses ---> Philips (score 0 for keeper)
Next week: Pickford ---> Hennessey
C) Next week: Do both

I have Pickford & Jakupovic and need to make funds for Pickford upgrade. I know Hennessey's not nailed, but he may end up being nailed. If not I can always swap for Mandanda and miss one week's points. Whadduhyuhsay?

It says I bought Kane I'm gw13 on my transfers page, where the last column says price was £10.8 (is that what I actually bought him at or what his price was when gw13 closed for kick off ?)

My selling price is £10.9
His value now is £11.1

Obviously he's going to drop tonight. I have exactly the funds to bring in aguero.
With aguero price protected, I wanted to keep Kane for Watford game and then do the transfer as soon as Liverpool city game was over.

Concerned my thinking that I will still have a sale price if 10.9 after his drop tonight is a miscalculation?!

For the next 8 fixtures is it best to have a playing 3rd striker: Rondon (3-4-3), or a playing 4th defender e.g. Azpi (4-4-2). Both a similar price so leaning towards Azpi
