Gameweek 22 gets underway this Saturday lunchtime as Liverpool welcome basement-dwellers Swansea City to Anfield at 12.30pm.

Subject to more transfers in than any midfielder in FPL last week, Philippe Coutinho is handed a first league start since Gameweek 13.

The Brazilian has three double-figure hauls in his last five home starts and faces up to a defence that’s conceded at least three goals in seven of the previous nine Gameweeks.

Adam Lallana, with a goal or assist in six of his seven home starts, is another one to watch, though Coutinho’s return could also spark Roberto Firmino back into life. The latter bagged a goal and assist against the Swans earlier in the season and is set to return to the “false 9” role against Paul Clement’s strugglers.

Paul Is certain he won't make the same mistakes next season. Follow them on Twitter

Swansea should shift Siggy to the centre and put Fer on the left. Need to provide protection to Olsson.

You're making no sense. He has been a defender since gameweek 1. FPL can easily move him to a defending position in the game.

FPL started before GW 1 though, and they can't change player positions

Perhaps because he started the season as a midfielder and liverpool moved him, but FPL are not into changing players positions mid season.

I think I'd pay 7.5 for him next season as a defender, so I hope he's valued at 8.0, so that other people spend their money on him, and I can save the money on Bellerin and spend elsewhere! 8.0 never gonna happen though

I mean I hope lots of people blow a portion of their budgets on an expensive Milner next season. The problem being that I might also be willing to blow a portion of my budget on an expensive Milner if his price is 7.5M or less

could kinda say the same about the number of mids playing up front in 4-3-3 or wing backs in a 3-5-2.
players are categorised well before start of season for FPL. So Moreno & Gomez would have seen as Liverpool's 1st & 2nd choice left fullback

Liverpool need more fluidity and work rate to break this defence
Even their positioning looks as good as a Southampton side.
Admirable job by puel to last an entire half.

Not really, his 'paper position' is left of the front 3.

Just feel he's coming very deep because there's no space between the lines.

          • 9 Years

No, Swansea are blocking the centre with three Mids, closing the pockets.
          Coutinho forced to drop deeper.
Loving this game, Swansea are so well positioned .

Siggy wasted on the left. Hoping Narsingh gets fit and then he can switch to playing behind Llorente. Don't think Swansea are as bad as everyone says - they should look at getting Jagielka though IMO.
