Dugout Discussion – Liverpool vs Swansea City

Gameweek 22 gets underway this Saturday lunchtime as Liverpool welcome basement-dwellers Swansea City to Anfield at 12.30pm.

Subject to more transfers in than any midfielder in FPL last week, Philippe Coutinho is handed a first league start since Gameweek 13.

The Brazilian has three double-figure hauls in his last five home starts and faces up to a defence that’s conceded at least three goals in seven of the previous nine Gameweeks.

Adam Lallana, with a goal or assist in six of his seven home starts, is another one to watch, though Coutinho’s return could also spark Roberto Firmino back into life. The latter bagged a goal and assist against the Swans earlier in the season and is set to return to the “false 9” role against Paul Clement’s strugglers.

    Break in game so what would you do before next week - 2FT:
    Want to bring Kane and some replacement for Hazard. Current front Ibra Kaku Giroud, have Phillips Sanchez Eriksen in mid
    One week punt Kaku to Kane and than Giroud to Kaku ?
    Hazard to Dele/Coutinho/Lalana ? Anyone else ?

      Hazard to dele and roll the other one over. Giroud to Kane after next week if you still feel the need, spurs look good but I probably wouldn't triple up. I'm personally staying away from Liverpool mid at the moment, tough fixtures and look a little flat lately
