Was said on the official FPL show this will be the case, though I emailed FPL Towers earlier this week for absolute confirmation and they haven't replied. Probably too busy eating their prawn sandwiches.
Is just Aguero enough cover for the DGW? May TC him... Other transfers I'm considering taking hits for are Heaton -> Caballero, Jones -> Stones or Eriksen -> Silva..

I have two 28 keepers in Foster and Heaton, both have bad fixtures from there onwards.. Don't think Caballero will outscore them both in 28 even with a hit?

Fernandinho is not a hollywood move as you've guessed by the reaction however not as crazy as some make out especially at that price.
If you fancy it, go for it. With Peps rotation and Citehs fixtures noone bar none knows who will play both fixtures - Fernandinho is as good as any and pops up with the odd goal although not so much under Pep.
Pep really likes Fernandinho but he's struggling to find a place for him in current setup...
He has played him at left back recently.
Game time might not be 180 mins and even if it is he won't be playing a desirable position imo
