Saturday’s events conclude on the south coast as Bournemouth host Swansea City at the Vitality Stadium.

It’s a fitting finale for Fantasy managers, who will have keen interest in several key assets who promise another round of returns.

Josh King will be the headline act following his Gameweek 28 exploits that brought an 18-point return. More than 221,000 FPL managers swooped for the Norwegian ahead of today’s contest, with another 20,000 going so far as to hand him the armband.

But the Swans boast their own major assets, as Gylfi Sigurdsson looks to return points once again: he’s provided a goal or an assist in eight of his nine outings under Paul Clement.

Meanwhile, Fernando Llorente is fit to lead the attack for the Welsh club as he bids to reward a flood of new owners that arrived prior to Gameweek 28. More than 116,000 sold the Spanish striker ahead of this evening’s game following his one-point return and early exit at Hull City last weekend

Mark Mark created the beast. He's now looking to tame it.

Can't really know extent of injury until a scan is done. He played 30 minutes on it, so I don't expect his injury to be severe, yet I don't know either.

I have no opinion either way. He could have a minor or major injury. I just feel that playing on the injured leg is some data in and of itself, and yet more empirical is warranted before jumping to an optimistic or pessimistic view....even from the manager....

Was surprised they were allowed into the competition tbh.

Right. Right. I forgot about the strong psychological phenomenon of the need to make inferences in the absence of data. Ambiguity causes anxiety, and we seek to reduce that. human nature.

The thing is that Wenger has cried wolf before.

November he said it would be "suicidal" for Chile to play Sanchez. They did. He played with no ill-effects and he played for Arsenal when he got back - the full 90 minutes. And went on to score 5 goals in the 2 games after that.

There are other reasons to worry about Sanchez - namely he's playing for a team in crisis - but as for the injury I'll believe it when he actually misses games. According to Wenger he sustained the injury in the first half but played 80 minutes. So how bad can it actually be?

Currently in a 3-5-2 but contemplating the 3-4-3:

    Valdes/jaku
    Alonso, Valencia, Baines
    Siggy, Sanchez, Mane, King, Eriksen
    Llorente, Lukaku (Barnes)

Have exact cash to do Llorente and Barnes to Gabi and Vardy.

Shall I do that or just upgrade Llorente to one of the two (have about 5m spare Kane money itb)

    PL Top Scorers:

    Romelu Lukaku 21 (0)
    Harry Kane 19 (4)
    Alexis Sánchez 18 (2)
    Diego Costa 17 (0)
    Zlatan Ibrahimović 15 (1)
    Jermain Defoe 14 (5)

Think Defoe has been forgotten about. Some good fixtures coming up. Lukaku underrated this season given he has no penalties.
