A busy Sunday comes to its conclusion with a north London derby at White Hart Lane.

Harry Kane welcomes Arsenal in stunning form. Firing double-digit returns in each of his last three home starts, the Spurs striker is the fourth most-captained player for Gameweek 35.

With four fixtures in the final three Gameweeks, many will be scouting Christian Eriksen and Dele Alli this afternoon, though Son Heung-min may yet have a part to play in our wildcard plans after returning to the Tottenham teamsheet.

Kyle Walker’s 33% owners will be looking elsewhere, though, as the right-back drops to the bench for the third time in six matches.

With back-to-back Double Gameweeks 36 and 37 on the horizon, we need Alexis Sanchez back in form after a run of just one goal in the last five fixtures.

Yet with Olivier Giroud returning to the starting line-up, the Chilean looks likely to take up a central support berth as Arsene Wenger continues with a 3-4-2-1 formation.

At the back, the 4.8-priced Gabriel is handed a fifth straight start. Almost 8,000 FPL manages have acquired the Brazilian since yesterday’s deadline passed as a cheap route into the Gunners’ rearguard for the run-in.

    Cech - Caballero
    Holgate - Stephens - Alonso - Smith - Yoshida
    Sane - Eriksen - Alli - Hazard - King
    Jesus - Kane - Gabbi

Not sure about next week. Boro woeful at Bournemouth recently. Palace more resilient. Jesus not 100% fit. I would wait a week and get Jesus in in dbgw37 if Costa is shit at home and Jesus fires.

I've seen my rank slip from 500 to oblivion mainly due to him being a passenger, so getting rid before the first dgw is cutting your nose off to spite your face.

In my eyes he's better than Kun...Kun is clinical (thats it!)

Jesus works hard, has pace, is creative and is an aerial threat

Kun has form but only 1 goal pr match (like Costa) which makes him the worst asset imo (due to price)

If Kun is benched I don't see the team loose anything

Ladies and gentlemen: A word on marching to the beat of your own drum sometimes and original thoughts...

GW34: Against "conventional" wisdom on this site, I proposed a TC of Benteke / De Gea in GW34, but was told it would be better saved for 36/37. I went against my gut/instinct and did not TC Benteke or De Gea in 34 (I did Captain Benteke); but I think their respective scores of 14 and 17 will be hard to beat by Sanchez, Jesus, Hazard, Costa or Kane in 36/37. 0-for-1

GW35: Against "conventional" wisdom, I decided to Bench Boost this gameweek (35). I had 4 players playing at home, including both Pickford and Chambers, both of which I assumed would be relegated by GW37. I also had Stephens with a tasty home fixture against Hull and Zaha with a tasty home fixture against Burnley.

I bench boosted and picked up 20 points- Stephens 8, Chambers 8, Pickford 3, Zaha 1. Ironically Zaha was fouled in box and looked lively for stretches in the second half but ended up with only 1 point when I assumed he'd be a big scorer. 1-for-2.

I can't complain with a BB of 20 points, that is an average of 5ppg per player.

Just a thought for those to stick to their gut/instinct! It's more fun that way...

Sometimes the conventional wisdom, and we have some wise owls here, is wrong...doesn't mean it's always wrong, but I agree it's better to have a strong conviction or feeling, then double check your gut check on here.

Agree- just an important reminder to have self belief, not a slight to community by any means.. consider myself a wise owl on here myself (finished Top 25 in world and have played ~ 13 years) but sometimes groups do move in herds and it's always more fulfilling when you make your own decisions - wrong or right...
