The today’s proceedings culminate at Old Trafford now as Manchester United welcome Leicester City in the 5.30pm kick-off.

    So..... we're about halfway through gw3 and it seems the fpl world is again losing its mind. Wildcards fluttering like confetti during the Champions League finale and more bandwagons being jumped on than an old skool John Wayne marathon.

    I may have gone slightly mental (it could be the bitterness from dropping Daniels yesterday, perhaps it's the fact I'm nearing this bottle of red) but having a quick look at the gw3 top 5 stats... is no-one else thinking they should keep the faith with KdB?

    Chances created. Passing. Crossing. Touches in opponents half (despite all the amazing "deep" jokes)

    I'll leave you to have a look at the stats and I'll finish this glass...

      Watching the game will show that he simply does not warrant 10m, he was even sharing his set piece duties. Honestly I really don't see the appeal in KDB at all in this system

      I made the same observation of the game without seeing the stats. KDB is on the brink. But with DSilva looking as threatening at nearly 2 mill less... DSilva makes more sense imo

      If you honestly think that he is so good that you'll be captaining him a few times in upcoming game weeks, well then, uh, sure--keep him. Otherwise, admit the truth--with better luck, he _might_ have gotten an assist today. Against a bad Bournemouth side. Is this really where you want to be parking 10mm of your budget?       Believe me, I really do agree with all these responses... I didn't have chance to watch the game yet... I'm just saying the stats are interesting when compared against some of the bigger performers so far... I'm already formulating an exit plan but wish I didn't have the pressure of possible price drop pushing me... Will reassess when sober!!

    Does everyone have their fingers on the transfer button for Hegazi? Playing sublime but with Evans staying or Sakho coming in plus another centre half (as Pulis wanted another). On top of that, McCauley will be getting a few games when fit, I can see him loosing his place come the end of September. Made us all a nice bit of profit to use elsewhere though!!

        Not really.. Im actually a utd fan who feels Kaku has tendencies to go missing against teams with good physical centre backs. He hasnt been involved in much of utds play the last two games either. And im looking to spread the risk and cover arsenal too. Could be a move that makes sense. Id expect kaku to score goals of course. But feel Sanchez may return more points.

        Despite Bournemouth not the best at the moment and Ake could have got sent off, they actually rotate with Swansea. I was thinking I could potentially remove Ake next GW - saves the hit.

          No Kane has helped me out big time IMO. Just lets me pick better midfielders and defenders. Kane will score tomorrow I think, but that is fine as Lukaku(c) has done well for me over the 3 week period.

          No chips used so far. Have been lucky with transfers though. GW2 did Zaha to Mkhi. GW3 did Dummett to Clark! Have done KDB to Alli for GW4.

    I see alot of people talking of transfering out players tonight to avoid the drop. I understand that every .1 counts but surely points are more important? The break always throws up a few injuries. Seems too risky especially if your getting players in that haven't played yet

      Depends, for example I'm looking at Willian + Lukaku to Pogba + Lacazette. I'm currently 0.1 short but there is a chance Lacazette will drop before Pogba rises if he blanks tomorrow. In that case, I'll probably have a 1 or 2 day window to make the moves before I'm 0.1 short again so I'll just make the move. If there is 1 injury I'll just use Stephens/Carroll from my bench, otherwise there is still the wildcard

          Well you can say that, the game would be rather boring if all of us had the same opinion right? 😀

          Basically I would never captain Lukaku before gw7 or so, Lacazette on the other hand looks like the best shout for next week and after the Chelsea game, fixtures are getting much better for them. Was really scared of not owning Pogba today and since United are a decent attacking side now, I would still like some cover. Willian has to go 100% sure regardless

      I though Mkhi was quite deep for a lot of today and Pogba will land a few of those long rangers this season as well as bully his way in to set pieces.

      As a Mkhi owner I'll retain but if getting one for the first time, Pogba tempts.

      Now I'm saying: 75% Pogba

      Mhki is often playing as deep as Pogba when they are building up the attack and Pogba looked so dangerous
