After Raheem Sterling’s late, late winner earned Man City the points at Bournemouth, Saturday afternoon treats us to a quartet of 3pm encounters.

All eyes turn to St James’ Park as Javier Hernandez’s 511,000+ new owners look for the Mexican to maintain his scoring form.

The most transferred in player for Gameweek 3, the Hammers’ summer signing netted twice in last week’s loss at Southampton and is now braced for a very favourable run of fixtures, with clashes against Huddersfield, West Brom and Swansea between now and Gameweek 7.

A home encounter with Brighton also affords Watford’s man of the moment Richarlison the chance to get among the points again.

The young Brazilian has bagged a goal and assist already and was drafted in by 183,000 FPL managers after serving up 11 points away to Bournemouth last weekend.

Crystal Palace and Swansea go head-to-head at Selhurst Park as both go in search of their first goal of the season.

The Eagles’ Christian Benteke is the man most likely to do the damage – he’s been captained by 59,000 FPL managers against a side that ranked bottom for shots conceded inside the box across the first two Gameweeks.

Huddersfield budget pair Aaron Mooy and Steve Mounie will look to justify their early-season bandwagons as Southampton visit the John Smith’s Stadium.

Over 286,000 have drafted in the former on the back of his goal and assist over the first two Gameweeks.

David Wagner’s men may struggle to rack up a third straight shutout, though – Southampton were placed inside the top three for both shots and efforts inside the box in the opening two rounds of matches.

Paul Is certain he won't make the same mistakes next season. Follow them on Twitter

Son at right-back and Trippier at CB.

Our team spirit has been broken by the advent of Hart.

      Arnautovic has not helped.

    Probably the worst wildcard ever:

    Out: Forster, Daniels, Danilo, Ritchie,

    In: Chicha, Van Aanholt, Richarlison

    I hate this game

Again. Why is it considered risky to double or treble up on a defence?
Those Cedric Bertrand Stephens owners will have 6 cs from 9 so far

It's not THAT bad of a strategy early on because you can wildcard

It's not necessarily a bad idea but it won't work out that well every time.

It isn't when you consider the average number of clean sheets, and the law of averages.

Chances are most of Southamptons clean sheets will come over this awesome run of fixtures.

Doubling up was the best way to go imo, because it leaves a slot open for an attacking asset. Granted, none of them have made themselves that appealing yet, but they should still score well over the run of fixtures.

Yeah I should have doubled u and I didn't simply because I didn't want to double up.

Because it's a high risk/high reward strategy. If a team has a bad run of luck/form you won't get any points from your defense. Diversifying your defensive portfolio reduces your downside, but also limits the likely upside. So it's risky, but risky doesn't mean bad.
