It seems that every Fantasy Football manager in the land is seeking counsel.

Sergio Aguero’s 20-points has caused joy and consternation – mainly the latter – and we’re all in need of reassurance and solutions. 

The ScoutCast crew are no different.

Granville, Jonty, Andy and Az join me in searching for answers, thankful for the opportunity to bounce ideas and opinion. 

Contrary to popular thinking, among the noise and chatter, we do arrive at a tentative conclusion.

All but one of us are willing to bend to Sergio’s surge in points and popularity or fall for Pep’s potential plot. We’re abstaining on the Aguero option for now and, over this 90 minutes, we’ll tell you just why.

Aguero dominates, but we have ample time to entertain other community questions, discussing Harry Kane’s latest failings, the premium defenders that warrant our trust and our cash, while Jonty is itching to take us through his handpicked bonus magnet XI.

      ArsenaLOL aren't exactly scoring for gun like the 1 Manchester clubs and even Chelsea. Morata Lukaku Kane both City strikers and even Firmino is probably a better option due to price.

      Given that Arsenal have the strongest recent home record in the division, I think it's 8 wins in 8 now(?), I expect them to comfortably dispatch WBA and Brighton.

      Lacazette hasn't exactly torn it up so far though.

      I had the exact same team as you except I have Dunk instead of Lowton. This week I did Aguero in for Kane, and then will probably change him for Lukaku or Kane next week.

      WC 1 is great...very similiar to mine but I would not play RLC, as palace suck right now. Also Vardy is 50% to play...I have him too but am waiting till tomorrow to see if to take him off since I'm on WC too. Probably bring in either Firmino or Hemed (don't laugh) instead to free up some cash elsewhere.

        Yeah if he doesn't make it it's an easy change to Firmino, no problem. RLC is definitely on the bench for the next couple anyway!
        I think (1) is prbably better too, I just like the idea of having Lacazette for Arsenal's upcoming fixtures.

      Hi I like team 2. I am also on a WC and have a similar team but have been trying to include Lukkaku - what made you decide to overlook him when he's basically scored every game?

      I'm just curious because I am leaning towards leaving out Kane... Early KO tmr against WH who have won that fixture 1-0 the previous two times and also they are improving defensively while spurs are not firing on all cylinders yet

        It's a case of can't have them all, and right now I prefer Kane and Aguero. I also watched them last Sunday and wasn't impressed at all, despite the points that came at the end. I could be way off, but I have a feeling Utd will regress into a Mourinho 1-0 team, and Lukaku could easily become Ibra from last year where he scores every week but it's a 6-pointer, and if he's going 6-6-6-6 and the other strikers are going 2-15-6-10, then I don't want him.

          Fair enough, I didn't watch the game but I saw the highlights and I know United were lucky to win by that margin. I also have a feeling Lukkaku won't score heavily this weekend, however it is more the week after vs CP at home I am worried about!

          It was actually purely my decision about Hemed. It just makes sense to me that if I want Gross because of good fixture and tight on cash, my alternative would be Hemed.
