Arsenal should score and Lacs is on penalties so not sure about selling him with hit included. Gray is pretty poor finisher, we saw it at Newcastle. Also he is not nailed long term. Maybe Austin instead?

Attacking 'cover' myth is little bit overblown for me. Just focus on specific players who are able to score the biggest amount of points in that price bracket across whole FPL. If you think it's Sterling - just go for it. If you think it's Coutinho - go for it.
Lacs looks like a nailed penalties taker however I wouldn't be surprised a lot seeing Sanchez just stealing the ball from him, just like Benteke did despite not being designated to take it.
