The first of two Sunday fixtures gets underway at the Emirates Stadium as Arsenal entertain Watford at 1.30pm.

After their morale-boosting win over AC Milan on Thursday evening, the hosts are looking to halt a run of three straight league defeats this afternoon.

Certainly, their goal scoring form at home offers plenty of encouragement – only Man City have netted more times in front of their own fans than the Gunners this season.

With back-to-back home fixtures (STO SOT) following their Gameweek 31 blank, the likes of Henrikh Mkhitaryan and Pierre Emerick-Aubameyang could yet play their way into our Wildcard plans for the run-in.

The latter is the most captained player among the starters, with 1.3% handing him the armband on the back of two goals in four outings since joining up from Borussia Dortmund.

However, Aaron Ramsey again misses out – drafted in by over 25,000 after he scored at the San Siro, the Welshman is rested for the second successive Gameweek with one eye on Thursday’s return leg against Milan.

The Hornets, meanwhile, have improved markedly since the appointment of Javi Gracia, claiming three clean sheets and a trio of wins in his five matches in charge.

One of only eight sides set to feature in Gameweek 31, Watford also have the fixtures to profit from over the run-in, with Bournemouth, Burnley, Crystal Palace and Newcastle set to visit Vicarage Road in the final seven.

That bodes well for the in-form Troy Deeney to continue as a differential – he has found the net in three of the last four Gameweeks but is owned by just 1% of FPL managers.

Bournemouth attack is hard to figure, esp with Ibe and Defoe back in contention.

Too risky. It will be interesting to see which Bournemouth attacker the Free Hitters go with.

Rested? If he needs a two week break between each game of football he shouldn't do it for a living. He's been dropped

Went Aurier instead of Bavies last week. Right call. Hopefully he gets a good return today, Serge.

I have Pogba and Bavies and Sterling with only Ogbonna's 1 point on the bench. I could be fielding 9 at this rate.

      Davies not in squad...

Zanka off the bench for 7. Since owning the guy I’ve only ever got 2 points per game out of him. I’ll take that luck!

Aké is my last player involved this week (no City or Spurs players) so that really is helpful!

1-0 Bournemouth with Aké goal or assist?

In such a low-scoring week it would be incredibly harsh to Kane owners if he blanked but meh, would help all of us who are going against the grain!
