The day’s events end at the Etihad Stadium for an encounter which could decide the fate of the Premier League title.

Manchester City host rivals United requiring a victory and three points to seal the deal.

From a Fantasy perspective, this is a rather bizarre match-up, with modest Gameweek investment in City assets and little expected of our United players.

David Silva was the most popular City target heading into today’s deadline, claiming 74,000 new owners following three goals and three assists in his last four Gameweeks.

Meanwhile, Romelu Lukaku goes into this contest with four goals and two assists from his previous six Gameweek starts but having been sold by 146,000 ahead of today’s deadline, the fourth most sold overall. Some 81,000 of those managers swapped for Kane who produced just a single point today.

David De Gea is perhaps the key man for United. He is the third most owned player as part of 44.3% of squads, though he is kept in reserve by 335,000 of his owners today, making him the fourth most benched player in the Gameweek.

Mark Mark created the beast. He's now looking to tame it.

Are Smalling owners keeping for double game week and do you expect him to play both games?

it seems like if you have him keep, if you bring in, be wary... I reckon could be fine though. that goal may have cemented his place for it

Keeping because more pressing matters but naturally wary of his security

Ok they were playing City, but he looked pretty bad all game aside from the goal he got on the free kick. If Jones is available, I would think Mou would prefer him with Bailly

Well as Lindelof was on the bench, and came on, and Jones wasn’t, I’m going to say he’s not.

Rojo was not fit today. But Jones was.

Lind came on 94min as a timewaster/protect the lead lol, just can't see Jones being below him and Rojo given his performances earlier in the season? Rojo was on the bench so surely fit

I’m just going on what was officially reported by United.
Jones was available, but not selected in the 18. Rojo is training but wasn’t match fit.

Was at the Watford vs Burnley game today, as a Barnes owner I am slightly concerned after Vokes scored with his first touch & Barnes was shifted onto the left wing. For the price he is good value but I would say stretch to Wood if you are looking at a Burnley attacker and can afford it, he looked more threatening. I would also avoid Watford for now.

There home form was good before today, but their goal was a rebound and they never looked like equalising when they went behind. Maybe it was because it was Burnley. If you are looking at Watford maybe Mariappa as he is the kindest price, good luck for the run in.

    DdG Ryan
    Alonso Mustafi Robertson Morgan Lowton
    Salah Marhrez Son Willian Gudmundsson
    Vardy Auba Kane

4.8 to spend if I drop son. Don't fancy dropping the others! 2 Burnley mids seems a lot though. But double game over Kenedy could be good.

Question about the free hit chip. Can i gain team value on the players i have on free hit? For example if Kanes value goes up 0.2 do i get 0.1itb next gw?
Sorry if been asked before, didnt find an answer in the rules.

    1. Pasqualinho
      • 16 Years

No. If Kane goes up 0.2 you can use the 0.1. during the free hit week but on next deadline your team will revert back to what it was at the start of the gameweek at current prices.

sorry just re-read your question. so if you have lukaku for example and transfer to kane, if kane goes up 0.2 you can use that extra 0.1 in the FH week but next week you go back to lukaku, if he has dropped (for examples sake) you get him at that price

a spurs mid probably. and don’t be blinded by teams just because they don’t have a DGW, e.g. Southampton and Bournemouth defenders may have a DGW and be cheap, but with their fixtures a SGW cheapie may outperform them
