Gameweek 35 rolls on with another big fixture for Fantasy managers as champions Manchester City host relegation-threatened Swansea at the Etihad Stadium.

The home side features the two most signed players ahead of Saturday’s deadline, with both Raheem Sterling and Gabriel Jesus named in their strong starting line-up.

Sterling was acquired by over 327,000 managers having delivered two goals and three assists from is last four Gameweek starts.

But striker Jesus has proved even more popular. The injury to Sergio Aguero has paved the way for the Brazilian to command a regular starting role over Man City’s remaining five fixtures, continuing today. He was snapped up by 375,000+ ahead of Gameweek 35 and is also captained by 272,000+ (4.6%).

Around that pair, City have a number of explosive assets capable of delivering big scores.

Kevin De Bruyne, as part of 22.3% of squads, has the ability to play a significant role in this match and Gameweek 35, though the Belgian is without a goal in his last eight Gameweek appearances (7 starts), which have produced four assists and just two bonus points.

Meanwhile, David Silva was brought in by 84,000+ but is owned by a relatively modest 12.3%, he has three goals and three assists from his last six Gameweek appearances. Winger Leroy Sane has an identical ownership but finds himself dropped to the bench today, ending a run of six successive starts.

That isn’t the only teamsheet tweak to annoy Fantasy managers. Both Kyle Walker and Nicolas Otemendi also start in reserve, boasting a combined ownership of 2.4 million managers.

Mark Mark created the beast. He's now looking to tame it.

    Choose one:

    a) Lukaku > Jesus
    b) Son/Mahrez/Alli > Sterling
    c) both for -4

#Pep: If (De Bruyne) doesn’t win (POTY) then congratulations to who does. IMO there was no player better than him in terms of continuity every three days in all competitions. There are guys better than him numbers wise. But this season he has been the best.

          He didn't say that.

He's saying KDB is the best consistent performer.

I disagree, but it's not that crazy. Before Salah scored 4 v Watford, a lot of people still had KDB as their poty

My loling seems that it was misinterpreted that I was making fun of KDB or saying that he was bad. I wasn't to clear that.

"no player better than him in terms of continuity"
Is literally saying Salah isn't on the same level of consistency, doesn't have to be directly said.

'League is won, now it's records'
    Manchester City 5-0 Swansea

Manchester City boss Pep Guardiola: "The important thing is the performance, we played at a quite similar level this season. Swansea have lost just three games with Carlos as manager. It’s not easy against them, we attacked really well.

"It’s never unfinished business in football, you have to keep improving. Looking for records helps to keep the players focused. The league is won, now it’s the records. The numbers keep the players focused."

It is because the woodwork is technically just part of the pitch/playing field. So theres no difference between shot -> keeper rebound -> tap in and shot -> keeper rebound -> post -> tap in

57 points with just Baines to play.

I missed out on Sterling points (have Otta, KDB and Jesus), Luca (have Auba), and Arnie (went Zaha) today, but got the Ramsey hall. Am I still below average for a FH ?

Got a hefty £2.8 to spend. Would you do Aub > Kane or is there anything else worth considering?

    Pope
    Otamendi VVD Tarkowski Vertonghen
    Mahrez Salah Shaqiri Zaha
    Aub Jesus

    Hennessey Maguire Townsend Quaner

Exact cash. But I really don't want to miss out on Kane's DGW in 37. Much more appealing.

Done a spur of the moment hit to get Jesus because my mini league rival has him. Already got 3 city so needed to shift one: ederson and Aubameyang to Lloris and Jesus worth it?

What could have been had Ozil played in that number 10 role today (bitter FH owner), avoiding players like Ramsey and Monreal 'in case' they done start seems to have been a real downfall this season.

On the plus side, 7 points behind mini league leader now with Baines and Dummett left to play, would love a bore draw or 1 nil Everton win, Baines pen.

Likewise, 47 up as it stands on my rival over the past 2 weeks...TBH, I'm pretty disappointed it hasn't been 70 or 80+
should've absolutely destroyed him on paper
