Gameweek 36 comes to its conclusion as Spurs welcome Watford to Wembley in Monday’s 8pm kick-off.

After Mohamed Salah’s rare blank on Saturday, Harry Kane has the chance to shake up the Fantasy Premier League (FPL) standings tonight.

The second top captain pick (17.84%) for this round of fixtures, Kane was handed the armband by 54 of the top 100 managers heading into Gameweek 36.

He was also the most bought player, earning 241,000 new owners, and is again the top transfer in as the north London side prepare for Double Gameweek 37 clashes against West Brom and Newcastle.

Yet his form is hardly prolific, with just a single goal scored over his last six league outings.

By comparison, the Spurs midfield have been far more reliable.

Christian Eriksen and Son Heung-min have both scored four times over the same period, while Dele Alli has netted on three occasions and also supplied a trio of assists.

The Dane is the most captained of that trio, with 84,608 FPL managers backing him with the armband.

Son could be the big differential. Handed the captaincy by just 32,917 FPL managers, the South Korean international has averaged seven points per home match this season.

Furthermore, he served up two goals and an assist in the corresponding fixture with the Hornets last term.

Hey chaps...Would you take -4 to remove Willian?
On bb and would rather everyone played all games possible....thinking of getting Arnautovic(open to suggestions), 0 ITB.

I'm contemplating -4 for Sane. But Arnautovic is a good shout.

Considering the same. Arnie or Ramsey if arsenal lose to athletico are my thoughts atm.

I'm undecided though, if Willian gets minutes in the Liverpool game, then starts the Huddersfield game, he could do as well if not better than Sane (with limited mins) or Arnie -4.

Yeh...i think i might wait too...wud rather Ramsey i think(hopefully arsenal are in the mood to give wenger a good send off)...thanks for pointing him out.

Really not tempted by Kane especially as I’m chasing.

Genuinely thinking maybe Aubameyang instead. Once Arsenal are out of Europe should be bang on nailed and look to aim with s flourish

      1. JohnnyMagrinho
        8 years, 3 months ago

Bring him in. Wasn’t great tonight in arguably the easiest of their remaining games. Don’t think WBA away is going to be a goalfest. Obviously I could be massively wrong, just thinking as alternatives Auba might be a good idea.

I have to say that Spurs are team of limited and mostly stupid players.

Lamela, Sissoko and Dier are first among them. Son is selfish wanna-be Ronaldo. Alli with his arrogance and kid's mentality (just imagine team with Pogba, Alli and Lingard).

Sissoko one of best DMFs in Europe...but it's ok since u r following football for couple of years

      1. Dušan Citizen
        • 12 Years
        8 years, 3 months ago

First, Sissoko isn't even a DMF. If one Dier takes his place in that case, what else should I add?

Secondly, you have no idea since when I follow football, so spare me your stereotypes.

Lamela, Sissoko, Dier not regulars lately. Son has a goalscorer's instinct. Alli is some footballer but his atitude stinks. I think they're quality under Poch but need to stepup to next level.

      1. Dušan Citizen
        • 12 Years
        8 years, 3 months ago

Lately I have thought that Poch is not a big manager. Always seems like he has no plan B. And has never won anything.

        1. GreennRed
          • 14 Years
          8 years, 3 months ago

Agreed. Though I'm not sure it's down to him as a manager or good players not playing well enough and often relying on Kane to get them through. I think he's a top manager and Spurs would suffer if he left.

Spurs have to decide if they want to be top club or balancing between 4th and 7th place. I don't like that Levy has some principles not to give big salary to the players.

If I could have any influence on them, I would sell Aurier, Lamela, Sissoko and Llorente and get back Bale, Modric alongside Meunier. That would be pretty good team capable of challenging the first place.
