Gameweek 36 comes to its conclusion as Spurs welcome Watford to Wembley in Monday’s 8pm kick-off.

After Mohamed Salah’s rare blank on Saturday, Harry Kane has the chance to shake up the Fantasy Premier League (FPL) standings tonight.

The second top captain pick (17.84%) for this round of fixtures, Kane was handed the armband by 54 of the top 100 managers heading into Gameweek 36.

He was also the most bought player, earning 241,000 new owners, and is again the top transfer in as the north London side prepare for Double Gameweek 37 clashes against West Brom and Newcastle.

Yet his form is hardly prolific, with just a single goal scored over his last six league outings.

By comparison, the Spurs midfield have been far more reliable.

Christian Eriksen and Son Heung-min have both scored four times over the same period, while Dele Alli has netted on three occasions and also supplied a trio of assists.

The Dane is the most captained of that trio, with 84,608 FPL managers backing him with the armband.

Son could be the big differential. Handed the captaincy by just 32,917 FPL managers, the South Korean international has averaged seven points per home match this season.

Furthermore, he served up two goals and an assist in the corresponding fixture with the Hornets last term.

    after 17 points from 8 initially, was expecting a freefall in OR from 2.5K. Pleasantly surprised to be at 3.7K at the end with 3 spurs helping a bit.

    Winning my main cash ML with a huge margin (164) and 2nd on the other, behind by 56 points. Should I play safe and just look to improve OR or chase the other with some hits and differentials?

        One advantage to me is he is out of chips and I have TC left. If either Kane or Jesus (candidates for TC atm) were to give me 15-20 points cover and luck here and there, could be close as well. maybe playing safe is the right thing, but itching to give a last push as well!

          Take a calculated risk or two, IMO.
          I did something similar in 15-16 - I managed to overturn a 40pt deficit in the final GW with a Giroud(c) hattrick. Beat my rival by a point after Smalling's own goal (and 0pt score)...

    Went with Kompany and Ayoze Perez when WCing. BBing in GW37 -now reconsidering these options. Is it worth getting rid of one and/or both?

      Given Salah, Zaha form - I would only consider Robertson as a potential transfer option, given his SGW.

      You don't quite have the funds for Robertson > Smalling, do you?

    What would you do with this lot 1ft and 1.1itb
    My thoughts are get rid of Firmino and Daniels for - 4
    I would like Firmino to Aubameyang bit that would only leave me 4.4 for a defender which I'm struggling with?

    Firmino to Jesus which would leave me 4.8 I'm thinking Cédric or maybe Naughton or Fernandez

    Or just do Firmino to jesus no hit?
    Any better suggestions?

        I was pretty close to that in my 1st draft, had fab instead of ddg, Alonso instead of mawson and vardy instead of ayew, but the guy I'm competing with had 6 of the same

          Covering some of his players is a pretty good idea though - he has them because they are quality and likely to score higher than other choices

          You simply have to have 3 City attackers, 3 Spurs etc and try to get teams with good home advantage or easy fixtures like Swans ...

    How does Vardy, Willian and Christiansen OUT for Jesus, Arnautovic and Naughton for a -8 sound? Still leaves me with Gros & Morgan playing and a full Burnley bench. Any other suggestions? I'm really not averse to hits and am a firm believer that the total no of hits is irrelevant as they should be weighed on their individual merit.

    Morning!

    38 points behind ML with Triple Captain left to play, very exciting end to the season.

    Thinking of ditching Lingard and Lukaku and having no Utd forward players. What do you guys think?

    Do you think Puel would consider dropping Vardy?

    Not keen on taking hits but have to gamble of on getting some dgw players that differentiate from my ML leader.

    Triple Captain choice is tough as well!

        So looking at his team he has 6 dgw players with KDB, Ederson and Nacho M as his big players.

        He has jesus, Kane and J rod. I have jesus, Kane and Lukaku.

        I am looking at Lingard, Lukaku and Lowton to Pogba, Vardy and Mawson.

        Would give me 11 DGW players for - 8 with a gap go 46 points.

        Choice of Vardy, Jesus , Erikson, Sterling or Kane for TC.

        Big week ahead!!
