Gameweek 36 comes to its conclusion as Spurs welcome Watford to Wembley in Monday’s 8pm kick-off.

After Mohamed Salah’s rare blank on Saturday, Harry Kane has the chance to shake up the Fantasy Premier League (FPL) standings tonight.

The second top captain pick (17.84%) for this round of fixtures, Kane was handed the armband by 54 of the top 100 managers heading into Gameweek 36.

He was also the most bought player, earning 241,000 new owners, and is again the top transfer in as the north London side prepare for Double Gameweek 37 clashes against West Brom and Newcastle.

Yet his form is hardly prolific, with just a single goal scored over his last six league outings.

By comparison, the Spurs midfield have been far more reliable.

Christian Eriksen and Son Heung-min have both scored four times over the same period, while Dele Alli has netted on three occasions and also supplied a trio of assists.

The Dane is the most captained of that trio, with 84,608 FPL managers backing him with the armband.

Son could be the big differential. Handed the captaincy by just 32,917 FPL managers, the South Korean international has averaged seven points per home match this season.

Furthermore, he served up two goals and an assist in the corresponding fixture with the Hornets last term.

    Which moves worth the hit?

    a) Salah+Gross to Sterling+B.Silva -4.
    b) Salah+Willian to Sterl+Sane -4.
    c) Salah+Willian+Gross to Sterl+Sane+Fernandinho -8.

    Thanks .

Do you have a plan to get Salah back for 38? Could be a goal storm that game

Possibly the most mundane team advice request that'll be on the website this week.

I have 0.2m to upgrade Klavan to a DGWer for my bench boost. I already have a Newcastle defender so I'm looking at West Ham.

    A. Masuaku (even though he didn't start in GW36), or
    B. Ogbonna (even though he has limited attacking potential)?

Ideal scenario (in the budget defender market) would be bringing in a Swansea defender but none are 4.3m or less and nailed.

I’m chasing but I think the chance has gone. Currently 5th in mini-league with 116 points behind 1st and 88 points behind 2nd.

Standing outside 500k now and hope to finish as high as I can. Plan 2FT for : Salah + Tarkow -> Eriksen + Smalling

    *DDG
*Simpson - *Smalling - Mariappa (Lowton, Long)
    *Eriksen - *Son - *Sterling - *Sane
    *Kane - *Jesus - *Vardy

Is it worth -4 hits for one more DGW DF : Lowton -> Mawson ?

I like C because I think Swansea defence may not do as well as people seem to expect - Saints have to go for it. You’ve got to hope Willian plays twice in 37 though.

Otherwise B. Triple Spurs attack against Leicester on the last day could be party time.

You’d rather risk getting Bernardo? Not taken by any of the other options at that price. If you’ve ditched Willian, don’t go back.

What do you guys think of "blocking" players as a game strategy?

I'm currently leading my ML by 52 points, and my 2nd place chaser has both Eriksen + Alli while I have Son, which I believe to be at rotation risk and in worse form.

Would you take a -8 hit in order to do Mahrez + Son > Eriksen + Sane ?

If I do this then aside from Eriksen, our teams would both have Jesus, Sterling, Cork, 1 Spurs Defender, 1 Chelsea Defender...

Another alternative is Mahrez > De Bruyne for -4 points

So I’m 31 points behind my rival in my cash league.

Our squads are very similar with only a couple of exceptions.

    Me:
    DDG Ryan
    Alonso *Bailly* Morgan Tark Lowton
    Son Alli Willian *Mahrez* *Gud*
    Kane Vardy *Murray*

    Him:
    DDG Ryan
    *Azpi* *Christ* Morgan Tark Lowton
    Son Alli Willian *Sterling* *Groß*
    Kane Vardy *Barnes*

Thing is I’ve got two free transfers and he has only one. I also have my triple captain left, whereas he’s used his.

Should I just try to get maximum points or go all out for differentials, i.e. get someone like Jesus in for a hit and captain him?

    E.g. Bailly/Son/Vardy > VDH/Dilva/Jesus (tc)

Don’t feel too hopeful of catching him to be honest cos’ our teams are so similar.

Rival will TC Jesus, I'm on BB. Do I cover Jesus or go Kane? Kane should have had 2/3 last night IMO.....

I'd say B) but honestly, don't like any of those 2 options. :/

If Walker is confirmed out for both games, Id rather have Danilo than one of the Silvas for instance. 2 CS is very likely over 37 as both HUD and BHA will go there hoping to scrap a 0-0 with 11 men behind the ball all game.

Pep might play 3 at the back or slot Fernandinho in at left back 😉

In that case who do you suggest as the 3rd attacker from City?
              Sane or D.Silva?

I think Danilo deserves some games, and I think Guardiola knows it too.

You are probably right but why gamble your precious 3rd City slot on a defender that may not play ?

Looked like 1 maybe 2 goals over both games from yesterday. But it's Kane, his earlier hattricks were a tad flukey

    Few doubts to clear.

    1. Keep Vardy or transfer to Auba (Albrigton to Kenedy)
    2. Salah to who (Sterling or Eriksen? Have Alli)
    3. What to do with Christensen and Robertson ? (No fund for UTD/TOT defensive cover)

    Team
    DDG
    Cedric Christensen Morgan
    Salah Alli Lingard Mili
    Kane Jesus Vardy
McCarthy Robertsen Mariappa Albrighton 1.3 ITB

In fact i may get Bernado Silva in for Albrighton (Yes risky but chasing in ML).

May be you can join me by sacrificing Willian

Hi guys any advice on what transfers to make here? Literally no idea what's worth doing? Got 1.1 ITB.

Annoyed at having Son over Eriksen. Otta, Ramsey and Davies look like rotation worries also. Barnes to Ayew maybe?

    DDG
    Otta Davies Chilwell
    Ramsey Salah Sterling Son
    Kane Jesus Barnes
    Ryan Milli Morgan Lowton
