Some previously powerful Fantasy Premier League set piece assets seems to have lost their edge in the first four Gameweeks of 2018/19.

That’s what our latest research into set plays data has shown us this week.

      Give them all one more week. I totally get why peeps are looking to change their midfield. But it’s Amazing how 1point return in GW4 = MUST SELL. I have 2&3 and only sold 1 to fit hazard in for gw4. Bilva 8pts GW1, Mkhitaryan 12pts GW2, Walcott 13pts GW2 & 7pts GW3. All have proven they can supply points if, and risky if, they all get decent pitch time. I think opponents wise they can all return points again like previous weeks. It’s all about your judgement and opinion of getting someone else whom you are happier with instead or trusting the three get good pitch time (starts).

        I suppose I currently own all three and while I agree about holding one or even two individuals, all three is a scary thought as id prefer they didn’t play then the 1pt cameos like last week.

      I have both but I plan to keep Fraser if he’s just out for this week.
      Don’t like any other options in that price bracket atm.

      If Walcott is out then I’ll most likely shift to Maddison.

    A couple of articles I recently wrote, they're pretty long but hopefully the ideas all make sense. "Planning in FPL" is better written. "How to win FPL" is a meditation on the points breakdown of a winning season and some ideas that it reveals, at least from my viewpoint of the game. They're too long for community submissions but if anyone reads them I hope you find some value.

      Good read. My target this year is to achieve at least 2350 points. I had 2333 last season. So far i have 242/4 = 60.5 average which is still within the average needed.

      Thanks for the articles. The price bracket ideas are good. It something I've sort of had in the back of my mind about flexibility of the team and transfers but nice to see it explained properly. Trouble is lots of premiums look pretty on paper.. I'm on a wildcard and ill have a good re think of my team

      Your articles are interesting, both the numbers experiment and the planning strategies seemed to me quite useful to keep in mind.

    I've been trying my best to both save my WC (can't really see the big upside of making lots of changes) and now I'm considering saving my FT as well. Stupid or just smart calmness? Should I be worried about sitting with Shaw, Mhki, Hughes, Cairney and Kamara? Or without Haz? Is there a smart way to spend my FT, or should I just save?

      For defs best move you will make all season, david silva is going under the radar, playing in one off the best attacking teams on the league, and his stats are near if not better than agueros, i have him thank you'd bead not to, espicially with de bruyne out injured and the kind fixtures!
