Kieran Trippier (£6.3m) is set for a tenth consecutive league start as Tottenham Hotspur visit Wolves this evening.

The right-back has been considered a rotation risk in the past but he has been ever-present since returning from the World Cup with Serge Aurier (£5.8m) largely consigned to the bench.

However, a large number of key Spurs men remain out of the first XI with Christian Eriksen (£9.2m) and Son Heung-min (£8.3m) on the bench for a third match in a row.

Dele Alli (£8.9m) is left out of the match day squad altogether, despite a comeback from injury in the League Cup midweek.

Juan Foyth, not in FPL yet, starts at centre-back with Davinson Sánchez (£5.8m) on the bench.

Meanwhile, hosts Wolves make one change to the side that lost at Brighton in Gameweek 10, with Adama Traore (£5.4m) dropping out for Ivan Cavaleiro (£5.3m).

Wolves XI: Patricio; Boly, Coady, Bennett; Jonny, Moutinho, Neves, Doherty; Caveleiro, Jimenez, Costa

Spurs XI: Lloris, Trippier, Alderweireld, Foyth, Davies, Sissoko, Dembele, Winks, Lamela, Lucas, Kane.

Choosing him over Robbo at the start has hurt. Should’ve gained some ground last week and this week, but instead just 4 points.

I was watching a Liverpool hit the crossbar then having a legal follow up goal ruled offside.

        What were you watching?

Try actually watching the game properly. Liverpool were on several occasions an inch here or there off, on another day this is 4-1 to Liverpool.

lol Torreira's chance, Bellerin's, Iwobi's cross to Özil, what's wrong with you?

                • 9 Years
                7 years, 8 months ago

Bellerin's wasn't a big chance, Torreira's angle was tight so he could only shoot straight at the keeper. Compare that with...

                Van Djik x 3
Firmino free header from a corner.
                Firmino hitting the crossbar
                Mane's follow up ruled offside
Mane missing the ball by inches from Salah's cross

It's not even close, Liverpool should've won that game.

Got lucky more. Liverpool generated more clear chances than Arsenal did, plus were a pass short on a few occasions from a big chance.

"plus were a pass short on a few occasions from a big chance." That's not the same as a big chance.

            7 years, 8 months ago

Do you even know how to read? I never said it's the same as a big chance. Salah's bad ball to Mane at the end being an example of where Liverpool were one pass away from a big chance. It happened several times in the game, add that with the luck Arsenal got with decisions and Liverpool hitting the bar twice.

I agree that Liverpool created the best chances but most of those were actually lucky...Arsenal created a lot of half chances but had a lot more quality in their play than Liverpool did...great game and fair result.

You cannot tell me that Liverpool got any luck this game. They had a legal goal ruled offside and hit the bar multiple times. Arsenal rode their luck so hard.

You're all wrong. All of you.

Arsenal were good for a point as were Liverpool.
No side played astronomically better than the other. Arsenal had more of the ball but Liverpool looked more threatening bar the last 10 minutes.

Arsenal played well enough for a point, whereas Liverpool will feel like they've dropped two.

Utter bias, trash opinions floating around on here.

That onside goal is given and the complexity of the game completely changes. Arsenal were lucky in that regard.

    1. JohnnyMagrinho
      7 years, 8 months ago

Yeah I'd say definitely start him (you can still change your team up to this point - I'm sure you're aware of this as you're asking at this juncture) and the chances of Patricio saving a Kane penalty is definitely up there with City winning the league this season.

I'd probably say he'll save a couple of pens in this game - I'd advise you to put all your money on it mate.
