With four goals and three assists over the international break, Raheem Sterling‘s (£11.6m) sky-high Fantasy stock has reached stratospheric levels as we approach Double Gameweek 32.

The Manchester City winger scored a hat-trick in his last Premier League appearance, too, bringing his total number of double-digit hauls in 2018/19 to eight – four of them coming in this calendar year alone.

Sterling registers more Fantasy Premier League points per match on average (7.3) than any other top-flight player this season and it seems likely that there will be few active FPL managers going into Gameweek 32 without his services.

Having started the first four league matches of 2019 on the right wing, Sterling has switched over to the left flank in his last six top-flight appearances.

It was, indeed, from a starting role on the left of a 4-3-3 that Sterling scored his hat-tricks for City and England over the last three weeks.

The imminent return to fitness of Kevin De Bruyne (£9.7m) and Fernandinho (£5.3m) could be a significant development in terms of Sterling’s starting position, as it would allow Bernardo Silva (£7.5m) to return to the right-wing role that Pep Guardiola has largely used the Portuguese midfielder in since Gameweek 25.

That would leave Sterling free to play on the left flank – although with Riyad Mahrez (£8.2m) and Leroy Sane (£9.3m) also champing at the bit for a start, there could be any number of permutations in City’s front three in the upcoming matches against Cardiff City and Fulham.

Nevertheless, Guardiola has clearly favoured Sterling on the left flank since the beginning of February and it is perhaps worth comparing his output on either wing ahead of Double Gameweek 32.

Kane! I don't see him in many people's side, most are citing the fixtures as prohibitive. This is a big risk with how much he costs rather than his ownership, I'm banking on most going for Aguero or Kane, not both. I think he could get a goal an Anfield and the stadium opening could really go either way!

Big price for someone you won't captain.

I think the price is relatively inconsequential. I recon Kane will score lots of points this week, I just think Aguero has the greater ceiling.

Prefer a punt on Higuain who may not start both games, but has 2 way better fixtures. Plus nearly an extra 3m to strengthen elsewhere.

It's certainly a reasonable punt and I wish you well. I'm just not sure if I want to triple up on Chelsea. The fixtures are great, their form isn't. I'm happy enough with Hazard and the rest of my side is strong. I've made compromises at GK to include Kane but I think it could pay off.

It's only because it's my current set up. I have flirted with Kane. May yet include him, can't quite work it out yet!

That's exactly how I see it. If I had him it would be because
I'm Captaining him. My captain this week will be Aguero.

    Son or Dele?

Watched the scoutcast and tempted by Son. But Dele Alli still has better stats of late. Son is also a massive overperformer xG wise. Any validity to this?

Hi everyone! I’m a student in decision-making and I’m doing a study on how Fantasy Premier League players make their decisions when choosing their team for a gameweek. As a passionate Fantasy Premier League player I’m really fascinated by this research topic, and it would mean the world to me if you’d be willing to take just a few minutes of your time to complete my survey. This should take no longer than 5 minutes! Thank you all so much!

    Planning to use BB chip
No more FT and 2.9 in the bank.

    Guaita Button
    Robertson Luiz Doherty Periera Bednarek
Sterling (C) Sane Pogba Brooks Hojbejerg
    Jimenez Rashford Higuaine

    1. Button + Robbo/Doherty to Kepa + Laporte
    2. Button + Higuaine to Ryan/Foster + Aguero

    Thoughts?

Thoughts on 1 affordable single-game in-form enabler like JWP to facilitate this front 7?

    Hazard / Pogba / Sterling / JWP
    Aguero / Kane / Rash

Guaita / Walker / Duffy / Schlupp in back.

    Team A or B? Can't decide.

    A) DE GEA
    Luiz - Schlupp - AZPI
    Hazard - Sterling - Pogba - D.SILVA
    Jimenez - Aguero - BATSHUAYI

    B) EDERSON
Luiz - Schlupp - LINDELÖF - AWB (or max. 4,2£ def)
    Hazard - Sterling - Pogba
    Jimenez - Aguero - KANE

    So it's: De Gea / Azpi / D.Silva / Bats versus Ederson / Lindelöf / AWB / Kane
