Our series of articles on the optimum Free Hit squad for Double Gameweek 32 continues with this look at midfielders.

Although there are a handful of viable options in this position who play just once in Gameweek 32, we have only considered players who have two fixtures in the imminent round of matches.

Those Fantasy managers who aren’t playing their Free Hit chip this weekend might still be interested in our comparisons as they mull over which assets to bring in using their allotted transfers.

    Ah but we did. Or at least we had an idea. I had to take a few punts on them. Started with City, Then united and palace and then moved onto Spurs and Chelsea. Each week we learnt a little more. It could have gone badly wrong. It could still go badly wrong.

    Currently on Del, used all Chelsea spots so can’t choose Pedro, although I wouldn’t pick him anyway. I can get about 7m if I downgrade my bench too but I don’t know if that gives my many more options, not really looking to downgrade Schlupp- I really like the prospect of him vs Hudds
