This week, Joe is joined by Az and David to discuss the key Fantasy Premier League talking points ahead of Gameweek 3.

The next round of action is an important one for Fantasy managers as many will be wielding their two free transfers.

Already bandwagons have begun to form, so our Scoutcasters will be discussing how best to approach these.

Naturally, Teemu Pukki (£6.7m) is a prime example after he scored a hat-trick in Gameweek 2.

However, we will also be examining Liverpool assets after a lacklustre start to the season at both ends of the pitch.

    Kane - Firmino - Pukki

    One advantage is a full playing bench, although that's probably overkill at this stage of the season.

        Yep, we only get a small window to try something different before others follow suit so I'm taking advantage of Adrian starting to cover the Liverpool defence and spend fund elsewhere.

      Kane + Firmino over Mane + Son saves 0.5m, gives you a full playing squad, and takes away the risk of Son's minutes. Will it get more points though...? Iunno.

        That was my thought process too, now it's whether Firmino assists the assister or gets in the points. Feeling strangely good about it, so let's see.

          It could be just because I'm wanting to see it, but he seems more involved further up the pitch so far. The only problem being there aren't as many one move escape routes from either. Aub/Lac Jesus, that's it isn't it? Son + Firmino could just be a stretch too far. Love a bargain me.

            The stats back it up, albeit it has only been two games. I really like Lacazette's value and think he'll do well, so will likely swap for him after the Spurs game. All depends on Firmino!

      I have Wilson-Rashford-Wesley and i will probably do Wilson->Jimenez but theere are not so many good options up front.Though,i will give 2-3 games to Wesley.Haller is a decent pick.

      Regin, Pingi - really like the Jota pick but I'm waiting until after the Napoli fixture.

      Generally, I struggle with mids and strikers around 6.5m as I know that buys me a VVD if I use those funds in defence. So I've gone premium up front and in midfield except for Martial and Ceballos.

    i am really torn between keeping perez for his next two fixtures, versus transferring him out for martial this gwk for -4

      Kane allows you to reach Auba and perhaps the forgotten man Kun. They're captain options.

      Son could get you kdB but not for long I imagine. But if you have Sterling he's not captain material really.
