The first of three Gameweek deadlines in seven days is drawing nearer.

With Fantasy managers set for a busy week (and month) ahead, we take a look at the data available in our Members’ Area and present the eye-catching stats that may be of interest.

We’ve run down the stand-out figures in every position, as well as looking at the strengths and weaknesses of various teams to assess which Fantasy Premier League assets could have a profitable weekend.

Subscribers can read on for our analysis below, while those wishing to sign up to our site – and see a list of the benefits that membership brings – can do so by clicking here.

Rolling monthly subscriptions are now available, with the first month costing only £1.99 if users become a member by December 2. Details are available by clicking here.

So Tammy got a knee in the hip. Surely he will be able to run it off in training?

Post-match comments from him and Lamps were optimistic but I wouldn’t be surprises if he ends up missing a match or two.

Just saw an interesting stat on the BBC "Christian Pulisic has scored as many goals in his last seven matches in all competitions as he managed in the previous 36 beforehand (six goals - Borussia Dortmund and Chelsea)." Can he keep up his form?

Hard to look past Vardy form and a home game against a shaky (at best) Everton. Son is 2nd VC for me

Silva has to park the bus to save his job ; whether his team is capable enough who knows. Liverpool looked very poor last night but Brighton aren’t great away. Newcastle away isn’t the fixture it once was and they’ll park the bus too. Tempted to do Son as Bournemouth aren’t great at parking...

      1. KDB4PREZ

Pretty sure they can’t park the bus without a proper DM so I’m sticking with Vardy

He’s mine too but Vardy plays in space and I suspect Everton will sit so deep they’ll camp on their own 18 yard line.

How was Salah looking last night? On stats he looked less bad than Mane. Did he look fit enough to start vs Brighton? I am really looking at him as my diffrential as most have moved on to Son/Kdb

Fit enough for sure ; looked as sharp as a very blunt shovel. I still own him and an a Liverpool fan but he was awful.

Napoli parked the bus. They are a bogey team for LFC.

Positive is that Salah looks fresh. He was also involed in plenty of the attacking moves. Probably a bit rusty but reckon he will start hauling.

Perhaps danny ings as a temporary differential fix should tammy be ruled out of the whu game
If you dont have jimi he is another option but non differential as most have the JAV/VAJ/(whatever you wanna call it) forward line.
You could also go for a 5 mid

How important is the Free hit chips guys?Already used my FT early to catch price rise/Fall on 2 players which was obv a mistake now!
I have 3 injury concerns but don’t wanna sell at least 2 of them and could be short term ones. Should I use the chip or is it an important part of the DGWS? First time player so unsure weather I should use. Will wait on pressers before do it btw and tia

Free hit best to use in blank or double gws.
If u r unsure of the weather, pls see the local weather news. U can google it. Take an umbrella if u go out any case.

      1. Regin
        • 8 Years

Alternatively, free hit can also be used when u have many injured players or fodder that u can field only 8 or 9 players. Or even if most of ur team has tough away trips. It's a judgement call.

Thanks man good advice I’m looking at something like 10 players (possibly playing) awful bench cover for this week but most my fit team has home games. I’ll prob just hold it.
Also got my umbrella handy for any weather 🙂

Issue with Free hit is it wont solve your problem/injuries, so even if you survive with FH this week, you will have same issue for next week again. (Unless injuries are for 1-week only)

Better to take couple of hits and sort the team for long run.

If I knew the extent of injuries would help but I’ll c what the pressers have in store for me. Gl this week

Triple Cap: Liverpool's DGW involving West Ham
Bench Boost: The biggest DGW, involving form players from big and small teams having two good fixtures. Set up with transfers, hits and/or the second wildcard
Free Hit: The big DGW, involving mostly the higher clubs who'd have had fixtures moved due to European games clashing with their progress in domestic clubs. Allows you hit 100+ and follow the template... Most times

Blank GWs and injury crises can be solved by hits because each ends up being just about -2 points since it's a nonplayer for a player. You can squeeze through a GW with just 10 players if you have a good captain and some rank safety, and the injured players aren't long-term

Now that Davies is injured, tempted by a punt on Danny Rose. Aurier the cheaper and more obvious choice, but don't trust him and need a bit of a differential.

Morning dzzz, best option for coming few weeks. Lots of options I know:/

    A: Tomori + Mane + Martial + Mount + Rashford
    B: Tomori + Mane + Martial + Pulisic + Jimenez
    C: Tomori + Mane + Mount + Son + Ings
    D: Tomori + Sterling + Martial + Son + Ings

Tammy injury actually made me save the 2nd free transfer, cause I've already used one on shipping Aguero out. Was thinking to get a Pool defender with second, but will just hold now and will let my bench perform. No benching headache is so nice:))))

  17. balint84

    A) Abraham to Jimenez, and Rico plays against Spurs
    B) Abe to Jim + Lowton to Cahill (-4) and Rico stays on bench

    1. OleGGMU
      • 7 Years
      6 years, 8 months ago

Unless you really need to, abraham should stay, not that jimi isnt a good alternative but consider whether you would want him back when he is fit or if he is deemed fit for WHU.

Not to mess wiv your mind but lamps has been notorious for stating someone is out and then they start, well primarilynits been about Mount but yeah , trust issues exist wiv lamps "injury updates"

If you have Pulisic then abra can go but if no che cover then id suggest against ditching tammy just yet and perhaps looking at going for a 3-5-2 or 4-4-2 this gw

Best wait for the pressers to be done before deciding

So pulisic looks real deal? I always think twice before getting him as ohysically he is so weak and has never been a good goal scorer in his career

Real deal? I mean, Chelsea played 60 million pounds plus for him. Their scouts obviously think so! He's showing right now he can score goals at the highest level, what more evidence do you need 🙂

I dont take transfer money too seriously now as everything is so overpricrd for english teams. Like Maguire for 80mn, Pepe for 60 and so on

      At the moment it's Vardy

Has to be Vardy. I dunno what is it with Mane but brighton are like bogey team for him. Always struggles and gets subbed vs BHA

Salah has 3 goals in last 3 vs Brighton whereas Mane has 0. Also Vardy has 2 in last 3 vs EVE. Really tempted to captain Salah as differential even owning him

Really though, is past performance against teams a reliable thing to factor in? I'm sure just the common denominater of the opposition being generally weak

Van persie once said that past glory vs teams made him push much harder against them as he had confidence that as its been done before, it can be surely repeated. If you think mentality is 20% imp then there is 20% chance of better return. I personally think mentality and skill are both 50-50 as what separates super top from top is not always skill

Fair point, I guess there can be a psychological edge for players (and the reverse effect too, against 'bogey' teams)

Which option is better, if Tammy is out??

    Pope Heaton
    Aurier Matip Tomori
    Salah Maddison Mount KdB
    Wilson Vardy Rashford
    Soyuncu Baldock Stephens

    1 FT, 1.2 ITB

    A) Wilson -> Jimenez/Ings/Ayew
    B) Wilson + Matip -> Lacazette + Willems/Cahill (-4)

    Gaza
    Taa/Lundy/Janmaat*
    Mane(VC)/KDB/Martial/Son
    Vardy(C)/Jimmy/Tammy

    Lowton*/Rico*/Hayden* (plays city)

If Tammy out easy move to Rashford ( go martial to Pulisic/Madison next week, but wanted to strengthen defence/bench for Xmas period over next 2 GWs.
Should I take hit to get a playing defender instead of Rico if Janmaat is out?
So many unanswered questions haha I guess this is when the newbies like myself fall off after a good start lol

I think you should be looking at investing that itb in upgrading fodder and not changing Tammy. You'll enjoy Christmas and the new year so much more with a bit of leeway for rotation/rotation cover them simply owning rash over Tammy
