In the final match of Gameweek 6, Crystal Palace host Brighton and Hove Albion at Selhurst Park in the M23 derby.

Kick-off is at 20:00 BST.

Odsonne Edouard (£6.5m) makes his first start for Palace, having scored twice as a substitute against Tottenham Hotspur in Gameweek 4.

Luka Milivojevic (£5.4m) also features in the starting XI, with Cheikhou Kouyate (£4.5m) and Christian Benteke (£6.3m) dropping to the bench alongside Jeremy Schlupp (£5.4m), who has recovered from a thigh problem.

Eberechi Eze (£5.9m) and Nathan Ferguson (£4.5m) remain sidelined.

As for Brighton, a win at Selhurst Park tonight would see them go top of the Premier League.

Robert Sanchez (£4.6m) and Shane Duffy (£4.3m) – who are currently owned by 25.4% and 22.5% of FPL managers respectively – both start, but Yves Bissouma (£4.6m) misses out with a knee injury and is replaced by Pascal Gross (£6.0m).

Dan Burn (£4.4m) is also in for Solly March (£5.4m).

Tariq Lamptey (£4.4m) again makes the bench, with Graham Potter stating last week that they will carefully manage his return to fitness.

GAMEWEEK 6 LINE-UPS

Crystal Palace XI: Guaita, Ward, Andersen, Guehi, Mitchell, Milivojevic, McArthur, Gallagher, Ayew, Zaha, Edouard

Subs: Butland, Kouyate, Kelly, Clyne, Schlupp, Hughes, Olise, Mateta, Benteke

Brighton XI: Sanchez, Veltman, Dunk, Duffy, Burn, Cucurella, Gross, Lallana, Trossard, Maupay, Welbeck

Subs: Steele, Lamptey, Connolly, MacAllister, Moder, Alzate, March, Roberts, Richards

    Hi all,

Would you take Jota or Greenwood out? (Got Bruno & Salah)

    A:Looking at Jota/Greenwood & Jiminez ---> DLuis & Lukaku

B: That or I take Bruno & Obefemi out and Put Lukaku & Smith Rowe?

    Thank you

Often translates into points soon enough.

Feels weird having niemther Bruno and Lukaku haha

Personally I think Bruno is 4th on the list of premiums behind CR7, Kaku and Mo. So I'd look to shift him.

    3. Cruicky

      B. Sort out the actual issues first.

Selling Jimenez who just scored and plays a Newcastle team who are 19th for goals conceded, total shots conceded, shots on target conceded and xG-against, and have conceded the most pens in the league is just negligent.

Getting rid of an underperforming premium and a player currently playing in the Championship for two players with good fixtures is good business.

That's a pretty impressive reply. Probably the best I've had on here.

        Appreciate you taking the time.

I do like a gamble, if you want to call it that. Greenwood seems to be getting very unlucky at the moment considering his involvement.

Last Man Standing GW6 (2538 teams)

    Safety score = 37
Top score = Tom Pitcher with 87
    LMS average = 49.32 (-0.76) = 48.56

153 teams to be removed, 2385 through to GW7
    Congrats to all the survivors

In an extremely poor gameweek, this comp was the only thing keeping my interest. Squeaked above the line thanks to the Gallagher assist.

I got a green arrow purely on my own decisions this week. Feels really good.

Picked Foster over Sanchez and capped Antonio over Ronaldo.
Got 51 and safety score was 50.

I got lucky though to be honest. Bring on next week!

      Very well done.
Great on that Antonio decision! Capped Antonio was well and that 6 point although not huge was pretty nice to have.
Antonio once again had the highest XGI and could’ve easily hauled on any other day.

There's nothing to be forthcoming about this night after he trained earlier today. Clubs don't send out announcements the day things happen

There'll be two Klopp press conferences before GW7. All we know is that Trent isn't at the hotel tonight. Everything else is a guess

It could just as easily be a family emergency or bout of food poisoning that kept him at home after training

We'll know from one of Klopp's pressers before the deadline

    GW5 gameweek rank - 5,097,679
    GW6 gameweek rank - 4,215,793

Season falling apart and yet again like every season it seems, I'm playing catch up. Absolute turd. Anything FPL related has had the light switched off until next Saturday. Just can't be bothered.

Keep the faith mate. Last season i made a terrible start. I was 3.5m OR by gw 8 . Played my wc in gw9 and steadily climbed the rankings. Finished 300k which was a poor season for me but still respectable giving my start.

        • Fantasy Football Scout Member

oh yeah for sure, there is certainly no giving up. I just find that I have no interest in looking at anything to do with FPL when I'm having a bad time until the next gameweek starts. Normally when things are going ok for the standards I set, I enjoy spending time in between gameweeks talking FPL with others, plotting future potential transfer strategies and listening to FPL content etc but at the moment I have no enthusiasm or interest in it.

I have a youtube channel and the most challenging things I'm finding as a content creator is having the motivation to keep producing content when I'm having a bad time with my own team.

I think you just have to take the bad weeks on the chin. The bad weeks certainly make all of the good weeks you experience all the more worth it. Also a couple of bad weeks doesn't define your season. Its a marathon not a sprint.

    3. Ze_Austin

I have both, but I'm slightly more confident in capping someone facing Everton's occasional clownish defence than current S'oton

Then there's the fact that Man U is a kamikaze attack team, caring more about glory and goals than, ya know, defending as a team

Still, Lukaku should get at least two big chances by bullying those centre backs. I think both will score. It's a question of who'll score more

Might come down to a coin toss

I’m slightly Rose tinted but saints have been solid defensively.

Kept united and city largely out and wolves offered nothing bar a good Jiminez solo after Bednerek messed up a simple long ball.

I don’t expect to get anything from Chelsea but feels like a 1-0 or 2-0 win

Where as I can see a big united reaction and 4-1 win.

So thinking 12-13 points for Ronaldo and 8-9 for Lukaku.

      Considering this.
More reliable over the season and usually offers more attack

Is Ramsdale first choice now? Worth switching from Sanchez on a wildcard?

I might use a free to do that switch
