Everton v Leicester team news: Vardy and Gordon benched

After the drama of the 3pm kick-offs, Everton v Leicester City rounds off the day’s Premier League action.

The match at Goodison Park gets underway at 5.30pm GMT.

Frank Lampard makes one change to the Everton team that drew at Fulham: Dwight McNeil starts in place of the underperforming Anthony Gordon, who drops to the bench.

Budget defender Nathan Patterson is among the substitutes again, having got minutes off the bench in his comeback game last weekend.

Leicester boss Brendan Rodgers make two changes to the side that lost 1-0 to Manchester City in their last game.

Jamie Vardy is replaced by Patson Daka in attack, while Boubakary Soumare comes in for Caglar Soyuncu as Rodgers reverts to a back four.

    GW16 FT: Foden to Rashford, Martinelli or Kulusevski (if fit)?

    Biased towards Kulu vs Leeds, but I have to be sure he's fit. Rashford's stats are great, while Martinelli is quite reliable. All opposing defences are bad atm

    Foden still in my team and not sure what Pep will do with him. I really want to switch him to KDB for GW16, but it needs -4 to downgrade someone.

    Found this leaked city team stuff really stressful last week and this

    Waiting for the leak and then the site crashing

    Really taken away from my enjoyment of the game

    Totally understandable that engaged managed wait for a leak before making their moves. And not sure can blame fpl for crashing under the deluge as there is an obvious risk with last minute moves

    At least next week should he clear that Haaland starts v brentford

    But today been a bit of a downer despite me only being 4 points down from not being able to get rhe armband on kdb

          Sorry, but that's just lazy. Yes it's a free game but they should ensure that the game is playable for everyone. Once is bad enough, but two weeks in a row is pretty unforgivable.

      I did Foden to Trossard for a hit and tried to change the captain from Haaland to Salah but neither worked, who knows if i'll be better off or not.
