Can't really see Fulham threatening Arsenal CS this WE so can't really decide bteween playing Guston (LUT) or Gabriel (FUL)

in the FPL classic narrative this game has Gabriel's revenge written all over it :-/

Not sure what to do here. Any of these worth a hit?

    A) João Pedro + Rashford —> N. Jackson + Mbeumo (-4)
    B) João Pedro + Martinelli —> N. Jackson + Eze (-4)
    C) Something else

    Cheers!

    Pickford
    Estupiñán - Saliba - Walker
    Salah - Rashford - Saka - Martinelli - Diaby
    Haaland - João Pedro

They are starting to look more like winners to me. Not performing their best but still finding a way to win. Grinding out wins and I think there will be clean sheets for sure. Martinelli and Saka will on their day score big so all assets still viable.

As with most City players you've got to be ready for them to be dropped with little to no obvious reason. Gusto is fine for a 4.0 but could lock yourself out of other Chelsea players if they start clicking. I personally don't fancy Nketiah, he's often wasteful. Also Ramsdale might not be nailed, I'd want to know Arteta's plans for Reya.

The other option was Saliba/Ederson instead of Walker/Ramsdale. 0.5 more expensive but I guess that’s what you pay for for “nailedness”.

Agreed on Nketiah. He’s more of a bench option as I didn’t want a lot sitting on it.

Wouldn't have Onana on an early WC, or any Man U at that. They'll have to prove themselves to be back first, like what they did after some early stumbles last season. Rashford didn't become popular until he started scoring regularly, iirc

I like Ederson + Saliba for now, but I'd have Henry in Botman's place if possible, looking towards Saliba > Botman for GW6 instead

Used my 2FT on Gabriel, Rashford -> Saliba, Mbeumo

Is it worth improving elsewhere? My concerns are Baldock being injured (who is my first on bench player), Eze not performing and Pedro not guaranteed minutes.

With 2.1itb I can afford the likes of Alvarez/Jackson to replace Pedro or the likes of Martinelli/Ode/Mitoma/March to replace Eze.

Anything worth the -4 or just make the move next week?

Jota owners, would you consider switching him to Diaz or you think they are equally good picks?

I feel bad for even considering it based on his performance at the weekend but I am wondering if Diaz scores more over time.

I had tentatively planned on shipping Jota after GW2, but have other thoughts on my FT now. I'm happy to hold Jota in the short term, but he may be out in a few weeks.

I don't think I'd swap him for Diaz, unless I was otherwise burning a FT. Still early to see what the best Liverpool options are and Jota looks as good as any.

      Sold for Foden reluctantly.

I think Jota is probably on par with Diaz for potential but we need more time and info. Jota is the Liverpool CF right now and that counts for something.
