Do you think it is a standard clause now in players' contracts that if you get banned for off the pitch reasons, that we are not paying you?

Yes, i prefer Martinelli, if Saka needs another rest, Son & Martinelli, or Jesus isn't fit Saka & Maddison

As a Palace fan, i cannot remember a game at Selhurst when Son hasn't scored a goal 0-2

Is it better to have the Chelsea goalkeepers or the Brighton goalkeepers for FPL Draft?

I currently own Sanchez and Petrovic, my only worry is that they buy a new keeper in January.

I can bring in both Steele and Verbruggen as they are both available right now and Brighton have a good run of fixtures for a long time too.

Yes, his FPL points and the way he plays and therefore his minutes is crucial, as Jesus moves across the box and gets defenders out of position, and Martinelli and Jesus cross over a lot. Saka, plays as Saka does, whoever is there.

Nketiah plays as a normal no9. Just as a poacher. He takes many defenders out of position. Martinelli suffers as a result and Trossard often plays better when Nketiah plays as well, oddly enough

Thats from the little i have seen, but i am no Arsenal expert

In FPL draft, keep Eze or bring in Palmer?

if Eze was fit i'd say keep him, but as it stands he might miss his good run of fixtures so get Palmer imo

I have Eze in draft and am holding on to him. Hopefully be back after next international break, 3 games. After Brentford this weekend, Palmer’s fixtures are brutal and he is somewhat penalty reliant.

Annoying. (Has probably been discussed also, sorry.) Small decision, but difficult to make. Don't like -4 either, but expect Spurs to score 1 or 2.
    Do I sell

    1) Botman
    2) Udogie
    3) start Andersen vs Spurs

    And buy

    A) Gabriel
    B) Tsimikas

Trippier, Cash and Andersen are my other defenders, but I have Palmer (to rotate with Andersen) also.

Spurs fixtures don't look too good for defenders tbh:
      11 CHE (H)
      12 WOL (A)

    Areola (Turner)
    Cash, Udogie, Burn (Botman, Lamptey)
    Salah, Son, Saka, Bowen, Diaby
    Haaland, Alvarez (Archer)

    2FT, 0.0 in bank

Haaland & Botman ----> Watkins & Trippier for free?

Feels like chasing points and obviously not differentials, but equally I'm losing points not having them.

    2FT 0.1ITB

    Johnstone (Turner)
    Cash, Porro, Saliba (Kabore, Gusto)
    Salah, Son, Maddison Diaby (Eze)
    Haaland, Alvarez, Pedro

    A. Son, Eze, Pedro to Saka, Bowen Archer -4 (0.5m ITB)
    B. Son, Eze, to Saka, Mitoma (0.5 ITB)
    C. Maddison, Eze, Pedro, Saka, Mitoma, 4.3 striker -4 (0.0)
D Sell Haaland & Get Watkins, Saka , Bowen/Mitoma, and the bloody hell who I want and WC GW16
E Keep Haaland (forget Watkins) until GW12, and if he is still struggling for form, then go to Darwin and any of the above

I cant get Watkins and then Martinelli or Saka for GW10 when Villa are away to Forest and keep Son until GW13, so i am moving away from that idea, without selling Haaland , BUT I am more scared of not having Haaland than Watkins the next two weeks. Might get lucky with Diaby

I'm not really keen on losing Son. Think he's a great captaincy option especially for GW13 & perhaps more fixture-proof than Haaland given Pep's control freakery and the uber cautious approach he adopted at Emirates, compared to Ange's perma-attack mode.

City's attacking stats in the last 4 are truly dire (big chances 17th, shots in the box 19th, xG 18th); I'm not sure that they've had such an extreme "blip" for quite some time. So I've come around to the nuclear option of D, perhaps a couple of weeks late but I still think its worth the pivot to some higher ceiling options for a few weeks. Plus the risk is somewhat mitigated by having your WC in hand still.

Thanks mate. If it wasn't Man Utd's defensive mess, and Bournemouth defensive mess, is why I have put E as an option.

When i saw Neto/Billing lose the ball that way last weekend, that changed my mind at that point

        So tricky lol

I agree on Son, so am on C currently. (But D does keep Eze on my bench for one more week, as Olise I am sure will be back next week, and Eze is ahead of schedule. GW11-16 is good.

One more night, to think about.

You could also wait a couple more GWs & lose Haaland for a shorter block, picking up Saka just in time for Burnley

I have a feeling if Jesus is fit Saka/Martinelli could be the biggest point scorers are the week. Fine Villa are amazing at home, Watkins has hogged the points, but Luton will play a tight block (as best they can) unlike, Brighton and West Ham. Palace did, and were 0-1 up into injury time before Astone Villa got a "fortunate" penalty in the 108th minute as VAR took 7 minutes to try and change referee Englands' mind. They won 3-1 as the game lasted 117 minutes But Luton have only conceded 8 goals themselves since they GW4 when they started playing at home

Sheff Utd are 20th defensively and attacking in Europe, and being overlooked for the Newcastle fixture, whilse Luton are 15th.

It is a weak argument for not getting Watkins but a strong argument of getting one Arsenal in this week

True. It is what i may do TBH

I have a feeling if Jesus is fit Saka/Martinelli could be the biggest point scores are the week. Fine Villa is amazing at home, Watkins has hogged the points, but Luton will play a low block unlike, Brighton and West Ham. Palace did that, (not a low as Luton will try) and were 0-1 up into injury time before Aston Villa got a "fortunate" penalty in the 108th minute as VAR took 7 minutes to try and change referee Englands' mind. They won 3-1 as the game lasted 117 minutes But Luton have only conceded 8 goals themselves since they GW4 when they started playing at home.

Sheff Utd is 20th attacking and defensively. Luton is 15th and improving.

It is a weak argument for not getting Watkins, but i think Saka/Martinelli are being overlooked whilst all the focus is on Watkins.

Hmm you might be right about Sheff Utd / Luton, but I don't feel as confident that Jesus will start. I still think Villa have the quality to demolish a low block of a lesser quality than Palace's; watched a bit of their hammering of Hibs where everything went through Digne's crosses & he racked up 3 assists (hoping for something like that this week for my own team 🙂 )

Best options for the two missing spots in my WC squad?

Note that i currently have trippier & porro in my team, so have value tied up with them
I can get a mid upto 5.6 along with keeping trippier or maybe porro & Bowen?

    Areloa/Strakoshka

    Cash/Gabriel/XX/Tsimikas/Taylor

    Saka/Son/Salah/Palmer/XX

    Watkins/Haaland/Archer

12.4 mn for the two spots, both starter.

Im currently looking at a pretty bold move of.....maddison diaby alvarez to saka palmer adringa - 4

    Any views? Thanks

    Areola
    Porro cash gabriel (burn taylor)
    Salah son maddison bowen diaby
    Haaland alvarez (archer)

        That's my prob.

I can't afford alvarez to watkins

And I can't afford maddison to saka!!

That's why I'm thinking of raising the funds by doing diaby to adringa

Cheers. Yes palmer is the other option

But adringa has much better fixtures for next 3. And then I can swap for palmer
            Thanks

i posted this above on my what do do post post.

Guys. U have 1.6itb and all the shots in the world to bring down this WC

    Aréola
    Gabriel, cash, tsimikas
    Salah, Son, saka, bowen, diaby
    Watkins, Darwin

    Turner, Álvarez, Taylor, guehi

I thought about 343 with j.pedro instead of diaby

    Thkx and good luck all

I would bench Diaby instead of Alvarez

do you have a planned root to get Haaland back GW16?

I agree with Foo, I would play Alverez over Darwin or Bowen though this week
