I don't think there's a player in the league less suitable to play away to Newcastle than Havertz

We are in for a massive 2nd half. This is a very heated match. Can see at least one red card incoming.

Replay of the tackle from Havertz is bad. He stays on and three Newcastle players are booked in the process 😆

I would sack that ref instantly.

You obviously did not see the leg going flip flop. That is ankle or leg break territory. On another day the red would have been given.

How VAR said yellow is beyond belief.

Doku better player, better team, but less nailed on than AntoG.

Why only 2 replays of the Havertz foul from SkySports? There was like a 2min delay while players were being silly and we only seen the tackle from one angle? I'm sure on the 2nd replay I saw Havertz high foot clip the shin of Longstaff, which would make it a definite red. But if he missed then it was probably a yellow.

Yet they show replays of the Bruno 'elbow' whilst the ball is in play?

    1. GreennRed
      • 14 Years

Havertz was attempting to win the ball.

He leapt into the tackle. Pure reckless. Players have been sent off for less.

Atleast Jordan pickford was not red carded for that type of tackle.
He was not given even YC

The officiating in this match has been worse than Spurs vs LFC.

Officials should be held accountable after every match.

Games are being ruined because refs abuse the rules.

If he smashed him in the head he'd have knocked him out. Left the arm in there, but should have been sent off.

You also wonder what happened to his 'injury' issues. All of a sudden it is like nothing happened plus his performances have gone for a ball of chalk.
