Captained Salah over Haaland celebrated it but now everyone has Salah double points and I get Cash from the bench...
I think Pep will comment whether Haaland will be there for Palace.
Imo if he's out of Palace game then you can go 3 gws without Haaland as Salah is the best captain also in 19

I saved my wildcard so was gonna transfer him out for gw18 and bring him back in on a wildcard in gw19/20.

Now that won't be a particularly differential move

I understand the anxiety, but there's quite literally nothing we can do in FPL with this info now that we can't do by the time the match ends

Maybe it might influence something in sports betting, which I avoid like the plague, but I think it's just a huge stressor until the team news is out

I understand it, but a doctor's advice here would be to try to take the mind off it

It hugely effects those people who were about to transfer early.....people looking to transfer out Son, Darwin, goalkeepers all before price changes......now you have to wait and let those price changes happen

Who do we assume will be the best three City assets to own January onwards injury permitting? I'll say:

    1. Haaland
    2. Foden
    3. Alvarez

So, I have a spare transfer to sort out my keeper. 4.9itb.

Considering Chelsea's form is Sanchez really an option. Points prediction has him top over next 6 GWs, but I can't remember chelsea not conceding...

    So, Sanchez, Yey or Nay?

Appreciate this is a few weeks away, but with AFCON and the Asia cup impacting between weeks 21 and 24, what are people's plans of you have Salah and Son?

Looking at the fixture ticker, Arsenal, Villa are top for those 4 games, and you have Bournemouth, Brentford, Brighton up there too, but no team has 4 'easy' fixtures according to the tracker.

My guess is most have Saka and Watkins already. And so is holding Salah and Son the best option across the 4 weeks? I have about 0.5m built up in them (even if they each drop a bit), I doubt I'd be able to afford both of I sold them.

I remember last time he came back from AFCON, Salah’s form drooped. I think it’s tough to build yourself up for a tournament and then just slot back into the league (esp after losing the final. )

Probably drop both (I’m not a TV person)

On paper hard not to say Nunez but I got rid last night for Watkins because I'm sick of him and constantly saying "he could have scored X amount of goals on another day" after each game. Of course like last year Liverpool will probably but 5+ past ManUtd with him scoring a few but I'm just done anyway. Of course it was stupid given the Haaland news that came out just a few hours later...

just taken a quick look and you still have some choices to make ...

I thought I'd be able to afford Alisson if I wanted him. With £1.8m itb I can do all this for starters.

no Haaland and a mini wildcard enables the following changes:

    Kelleher to Dubravka
    Andersen to Branthwaite
    Tsimikas to Trippier
    Livramento to TAA
    Archer to Watkins
    Haaland to Solanke

... actually what was I thinking. Should have been no Haaland for a while!

        fair enough...

they'll be more on the wildcard gw17

        these were the obvious gaps.

I have 0.3m built up in Salah and Son so I will keep them till they go if fit.

        like you advised.

Not really. But if true I still think whether he gets to the game is 50/50

If Haaland is out today & confirmed out for Palace game
    What's the best forward line
I've got Watkins & Solanke (trans in last night)
Is it either Alvarez or Cunha or someone else ?

Alvarez - CF, set pieces and likely on pens.
