    With some insider info and price changes frauds, and event like Klopp leaving, I can see some more significant decline in number of the players next season

        It’s also about engagement, see how many players you have just because they follow United, how many United picks had significant ownership even with poor performances

              Yeah, massive correlation between points and fanbases - that's why City are famously the best-supported club in the league.

      Price changes have always been dodgy

      There is no transparency and have been multiple instances in the past certain players fall in price easier than others and same with price increases

      If they were to disclose this information now it would be detrimental due to the behind the scenes “tweaks” happening

      Insider info on the other hand has killed the game. I’m talking leaks to the public as well as those leaks people sneakily keep secret. It’s not fair for some to use information to their advantage to get ahead. These people need to keep the image they are “knowledgeable” on their YouTube and twitter accounts so it works in their benefit.

      People who have job, a family which they care about, a life and don’t sit around a computer looking for team news each and every second of the day are punished.

      You are trying to build the game up to casuals but this completely hinders any growth in the game. People will just get tired and try something different with their time.

      Reward used to be for being a bit creative with picks and research but now it’s more about who you know. That’s a killer for me and completely ruins any enjoyment

        But tbf it's only the engaged users aware of the chicanery but I take your main point.

        It's the ultra addicts spiking their starting 11 ...

        the other FPL addicts not included in the clique feel done over.

        I mean a tipster could bet on a horse or anything else privately but FPL comes out in the wash an hour after deadline.

      Currently benching the wrong defender consistently...

      GW22 - Doughty (6)
      GW21 - They all returned 24 from 4 defenders (but took Gabriel out for Estupinan for a hit so was a -13 point swing)
      GW20 - Doughty (9)
      GW19 - Played all 5
      GW18 - Gabriel (10)

      So if anyone wants to know who to start send £5 and I'll tell you who I benched.

          Got a site for this, I remember there used to be one a couple of years back but forgot the URL. Alternatively did you manually count?

          Is this 244 points benched but not minus the points that would've come off, e.g 5 points bench, lowest starter had 1 = 4 or did you count it as 5?

            1153 point scored, 199 points benched - that works out an average of 104.8 per starter and an average of 49.75 per bench player ... over 21 game weeks.

            I can live with that, an average of 2.4 per bench player per week

    Gonna post this once more as it's page one as we build up to this evenings games, for those who don't understand price changes;

    "I posted on here about a month ago explaining the mass number of sales (broke it down into % of managers who transferred out players) and explained not to expect drops on Haaland, Salah, Son and co and that they would re-rise easily.

    Haaland started the season at 7,200,159 teams selected by (TSB) and didn't price rise until GW5 when he had 9,070,132 TSB. So even though he dropped from 9,070,132 TSB to 5,757,543 TSB (as of GW22) you have to remember that approximately 1.8M of those transfers were bringing him BACK to his starting point (thus the drop from 14.1 to 14.0). He then dropped again at 6,260,409 TSB (another 1M sales) in GW16 by which point he'd been flagged for his 3rd GW running (and we know flags reduce price changes). Based on this information it's unlike he is going to drop another 0.1M from 6,260,409 TSB (GW16) to 5,757,543 TSB (GW22).

    I don't know the specific numbers for his transfers in at this point but he has clearly got back to around his 14M value point which is clearly between 6,260,409 (the point he dropped to 13.9M) and 8,880,0074 (GW9 when he dropped from 14.1M @ 9,008,161 to 14M)"

      Followed by this;

      "Original info;

      ""Neto (WOL) lost 87% of his TSB & dropped 0.2M between GW9 & GW20
      Mbeumo (BRE) lost 77% of his TSB and dropped 0.2M between GW14 & GW20
      Haaland (MCI) lost 37% of his TSB and dropped 0.1M between GW16 & GW20
      Isak (NEW) lost 45% of his TSB and dropped 0.1M between GW8 & GW13
      Pope (NEW lost 50% of his TSB and dropped 0.1M between GW14 & GW20""

      Yes I think so. Although the line up is out showing him not starting, I do believe Alvarez will injure himself in the warm up, leading to a start for halaand.
