Original plan for DGW34 (no FH) was to do Dubravka + Bradley + Son + Foden -> Kelleher + Munoz/Gusto + Diaz + Odegaard using FTs from GW 30-34 in that order. The decision was to keep Watkins despite the bad fixtures because Darwin has burnt me before. With his injury, I might have to sell him. Which option is better?

1) Dubravka + Bradley + Son + Foden -> Kelleher + Munoz/Gusto + Diaz + Odegaard
2) Watkins + Bradley + Son + Foden -> Darwin + Munoz/Gusto + Diaz + Ode

  If that was the original plan yes and you still get the team you plan for the future doubles, ideally with limited hits.
  
  But Maddison has 2 doubles and you'll free hit in Arsenal in 34 anyway. GW35 wildcarders won't have Arsenal mids and you might be reversing this transfer in a few weeks.
  Why not roll the transfer and see what next week's issues are?

The likes of Solanke, Watkins, Saliba, Gabriel, Saka all looking like dropping sooner or later

I desperately wanted to do Watkins + Zabarnyi > Darwin + VVD but would need to do it tonight to afford with those above dropping.

Would you risk it or just wait?
Could always move out Saliba I guess if I need the funds.

  You still will want a very different team in 34 to 37 and your wildcard in 35 is how to do that.
  -4 Foden Trippier Watkins out to bring in Salah plus cheaper DGW34 defender then ideally Darwin but go cheaper Mateta/Cunha/Wood/Muniz if needed

The drop off of points for GK's & defender's this season is spectacular. Only four (1 x GK & 3 x defs) make the first page of Transfers/Total Points. Appreciate this is due to longer games/late goals etc but wonder if FPL will look to address next season if continues. Otherwise your total budget for 7 x defence shouldn't be more than 30m tops...

    Pick defence who are least lively to get YC/RC, score OG or ship four plus goals. Don't worry about trying to pick CS or attacking returns

Would you risk going without Haaland for the next two to hold WC till 33(have Foden as City cover), or just WC now? Ideally want to WC33 as don't want to waste transfers on injuries, suspensions and so on before BB34.

  Probably 8 as non-FH, no Haaland but I play without him as a rule (with small exceptions). Single players will be Garnacho, Isak and Watkins (if fit).

With Gusto and Watkins injuries plus Gordon suspension, feel like I might need to wildcard sooner than planned.

Options:
