Right then a quick question... I will FH next week and WC the week after so for 1 week only:

    A. Son -> KDB(c)
    B. Solanke -> Alvarez(c)

Because he’s mine. Have to think he’ll statt over Foden so naturally the opposite will happen.

Yeah, still, it goes to show Palmer just isnt being considered

Liv and City both only won 1-2 in reverse fixtures, granted they're now at home,

Palmer only 2 blanks since gw20, 6 double figure hauls in 12 gws

Everton not bad defensively, but otherwise Palmer is my default choice as captain many weeks.

City put 6 goals past Luton about 6 weeks ago.

I think the obvious captain choice is whichever City attacker you're confident starts and lasts 75+ minutes

Haaland scored 5 goals in that game

The reason I brought up the 6-2 is because you were reinforcing Palmer's potential by pointing out City only narrowly beat Luton in their previous league game, which is a moot point considering what happened in their game in February.

Anyway, I think Palmer is a solid option, but landing on the correct City attacker this week clearly has the highest potential.

      Wow.
I am sure I did this in seasons gone throughout the whol season and got good results from listening to the crowd.

But I'm insisting on playing "my own game" this year. Reading comments and articles, sure, but avoiding asking questions where others will determine my players picks.

Probably why I'm rank so low this season!

The purpose of asking questions for me is to challenge my preconceptions and occasionally gain awareness of factors I hadn't considered. E.g. this week I would not have considered Haaland© due to form, until it was pointed out his five goals against the same team when they last met (FA Cup). Still not convinced but it's something to ponder.

    I've got 2 FT and 0.2 itb

    1) Best Foden replacement only for GW33 & 34? (can't be Arsenal)

    2) Best GK to own only for GW33 & 34 (can't be Raya, currently have Kelleher & Areola)

Morning all, appreciate any tips here. I'm chasing and still have my WC and BB along with 2 free transfers and .3 ITB. Will likely WC in 35. Genuinely might just burn a transfer.

    Kelleher
    Gaby Regu Saliba
    Son Salah (vc) Palmer Saka
    Solanke Muniz Haaland (c)
    Leno Bailey Toti Zabarnyi

    a) Kelleher or Leno to another keeper who doubles in case Allison is back - Pickford, Neto, Petrovic, Jose Sa
    b) Muniz to Mateta
    c) Bailey to Garnacho, Sarabia
    d) Son to Diaz
e).Son to Havertz and sell an Arsenal def but no def I really fancy
    e) anything else?

That's a great team you have.

Either Kelleher to Pickford/Henderson or Bailey to Garnacho.

      Leaning more towards A imo.

Hmm back-to-back references to Haaland as "the former Molde striker"... are you playing fantasy Eliteserien, Hibbo?

I'm glad Liverpool got that performance out of the way before next weekend.

Everyone still planning on tripling up? xD

    Saka / Son / Foden / Palmer

    Haaland / Watkins / Toney

Subs: Areola / Bailey / Doughty / Taylor
