Given the uncertainty around Foden starting (my only City asset), is Semenyo+Son=>Haaland+Hwang for a -4pt hit worth it? I play Foden and Haaland in dbl gw34 with the rest of my lineup doubling (Henderson will come into goal next week)
    Chip strategy:
    Gw35 - WC
    Gw37 - BB

I’m in a similar position.. have asked a similar question and general consensus is dont sell Son if you have him.

I have foden and will be starting him

I did Foden to Havertz (ready for DGW 34) but was not for hit as on WC. Tough call.

    Current squad:

    Pickford
    Saliba Gabriel Dawson Bradley
    Kudus Son Salah Palmer Sarabia
    Haaland

    Dubrav Solanke Mateta Zabarnyi

    0.1m itb and 1ft

I am building towards a dead end BB34 and then WC35.

Son to Saka for free the obvious pick this week? I would also like another Liverpool player and maybe Eze with B.Diaz.

    Thoughts?

One week punt it's got to be Doku.
Although Havertz is in red hot form, Doku is much more likely to start than Havertz (could easily be rested for Tross) and easier opposition. Luton struggle against pacey players.

Chasing 62 points in my ML, if there is a leak that Haaland doesn't start, is it time to sell? I'll FH in 34 and BB37.

      • 5 Years

Yes , Cunha Toney Hojlund Isak all have great fixtures going forward. Even if Haaland reaches 60 minutes against Luton, we'll have the same dilemma every game week.
Chances must be taken to make gains!
Its not popular to say on this site, but Haaland has had only one double digit score since GW12!

Bad idea to sell Maddison for a non doubler in 35?

FH34 so need to use my transfers somehow:

    2FT

    Petrovic
    Gabriel-Bradley-Gusto
    Salah-Son-Maddison-Saka-Palmer
    Haaland-Solanke

    Kelleher---Muniz-AitNouri-Burn

    Anyone selling Gabriel?

Injury doubt + no double in 37 when I BB.

FH34 so could bring him back for that. Need to use a transfer this week to set up the BB otherwise I burn it.

My other SGW 37 players are Bradley, Salah, Saka and Muniz. Not much itb to upgrade Muniz and the others don't seem like sells this week...

Haaland. I was on Salah but I’m confident Haaland will start as I think Pep will want match sharp with a few goals. Salah (and Son) have a better xGI in the last 6 (approximately 4 compared to 3) but Luton have double the xGC as either Palace or Newcastle (if thinking of Son).

Everything is a risk but I hope I’ve balanced it out

Hey. I am BB34 and currently have only one Arsenal: Gabriel.

My intent is for next week to do Foden -> Saka and/or Areola -> Raya (or alternatively another Arsenal defender in)

But now I am thinking of making the Saka transfer this week instead as the consensus is Foden is not likely to start this week.

So would you this week do
    1. Foden to Saka
    2. Arsenal def/gkp in

Considering transfer 1 above is my plan for next week anyway. Thanks!

    Assume

    How's my wildcard looking? Planning BB34 FH37.

*indicates that they start this week.

    Raya* Dubrvaka
    Bradley* Gabriel Ait-Nouri* Akanji* Regulion
    Saka* Palmer* Salah* Foden* Sarabia
    Solanke* Haaland*(c) Darwin*

If any City leaks I could swap out Akanji for Garvidol. I wiould probably keep Foden if he is benched this week and start Sarabia (nfo).

I am also on WC and BB34 and you still have quite a few not playing double next week, will you be taking hits to replace any of them to get DGW players in for Raya/Dubrvaka/Akanji/Regulion/Palmer/Haaland? Im only holding Haaland not playing double next week for a FT.

      1. J to the T

No. I would keep the good players on a single and try not to get over concerned about the double
