Is it madness to consider selling TAA tonight ahead of the worst team in the PL? Minutes a possible concern and with the Cunha drop, would block Haaland in.

    TAA, Cunha>AWB, Haaland -4
Play 10 next week or use FT, Hendo>Sa for 11.

    WC 30/31

Dint see why you need to. Seems unnecessary. Forest at home won't be easy for Haaland, even if their defense has been a bit more loose of late.

Its more about being priced out of Haaland for 29 and 30. Could roll if I had to or Cunha to Wood and sort TAA, Hall and or keeper next week for free/-4.

There's cheaper than AWB (4.4m). EVE not even the most amazing GW29 fixture.

Who would you have i stead of AWB? Kilman? Doherty? Cresswell?Would mean I could ride out the Cunha drop tonight, play TAA and reassess.

            Only for 2/3 weeks.

If Cresswell keeps his spot not a terrible idea, if it's really WHU defense you want. He loves BPS.

Doherty maybe, but the Agbadou (4m) vs. SOU is sound too.

I personally would only be making that type of transfer in GW29, not this week.

Thanks Hazz. Im easing off I think, rolling and will probably not go AWB and do Cunha, TAA>Haaland, one of the suggestions or my own next week, but may have to go early. Cheers.

      Henderson (Turner)
      Munoz TAA Livramento

Would Hendo > Sa put enough money back in the bank to do the original transfers?

I'm in a similar boat, in that those drops will price me out of Palmer/Cunha > Haaland/Enzo (play in 29, otherwise 8th forward)

I still want Haaland, so will maybe switch Muric to Areola for a hit to fund it.

      Annoying though.

What’s the preferred strategy here for ppl with AM, BB, WC and FH available?

    1. Captain Mal

AM 31 would be ideal, but blocks the other chips.
Considering that WC 31, BB 32/33 and FH 33/34 will be popular for the rest of managers, you either go against the grain and play AM in 31 anyway or copy them and leave AM for the end of the season.

Personally, not a fan of wc before we have the double gameweek fixtures more concrete. Sorry can't help more as I've not considered the wider picture but good luck! TAA is probably unnecessary after this GW so plan some swaps

When I WC, I don't like to WC with people that I'm forced to transfer out quickly. So I'm wary of Neto, Diaz, Enzo, AWB... Liverpool aren't a great defence, and they have no more double gameweeks. So most people are planning to avoid all of Liverpool except Salah.

They don't seem conducive for the upcoming DGWs.

      A. TAA, Cunha and Watkins to Gvardiol and 2 of Wood/Wissa/Marmoush/Evanilson (-4)

And for this question, I'm guessing you have bench boost left? In which case you definitely want Henderson who is expected to have 2 DGWs. And I'd pick Nkunku. In fact I already have Nkunku on my team since the last GW!

I’m surprised the captain sensible article is a complete Salah whitewash. I know Palmer has had a dry spell but with Liverpool playing PSG a few days after the SOU game and after an unconvincing performance in the first leg I thought more would consider the fact Salah minutes would be managed

    1. Qaiss
      • 9 Years

Mate, Salah is having and will have the best FPL season a player has ever had. It’s the best player and current best team, against an awful, awful, awful side that only has 9 points after 27 games

No need to overthink it. It’s just obvious. If Palmer outscores Salah, that’s just fortunate for those who go Palmer. Was the same last week when people who didn’t go Palmer got lucky

      1. MarcusAurelius

Only lucky because Palmer went first I would add. It’s the crazy psychology of fpl. If Salah played first then Palmer cappers would be saying Salah cappers got lucky

      A. Castagne means chestnut in French.

That is impressive knowledge. I tried the same with the other guy to try to equally impress but it turns out C. Mykolenko just means "nothing + Ukrainian defender". Although i used Bing, maybe i should have used Google?

    Best transfer option for GW29 & possibly GW30. WC 31, possibly 30

    A. Cunha/Isak/Hall/Palmer>Haaland/Wood/Gvardiol/Semenyo (other 6m)
    B. Cunha/TAA/Rodgers/Palmer>Haaland/Gvardiol/Semenyo/Elanga (other 6.1)

    Sels
    Gabriel, TAA, RAN
    Palmer, Salah, Mbeumo, Rodgers, Kluivert
    Isak, Pedro
    Vald, Huijsen, Hall, Cunha

Both look fine, but I'd rather keep Isak because of his upcoming DGW, so B, though it also depends on how much value you lose if you sell him and buy him back in your WC.

Thanks. If I go option A would get Isak back in for an additional 0.3 on WC. Could save this week and assess again though have very little cover this week.

I expect Isak, Trent and Salah to start, I think you can get away with saving the transfer and making the call next week.

Appreciate that. Good luck this week.

    Cunha to
    A) Wood
    B) Marmoush
    C) Beto
    D) Strand Larsen

A or B means no Haaland next week, while C or D leaves that possibility open.

      C or D, maybe C

Palmer dropping in price? What? Before Leicester..
Please don’t drop Palmer tonight so I can afford TAA, Palmer and Gakpo -> Haaland, Gvardiol and Kluivert tomorrow
