Probaly my most different draft but here it iss
    Sanchez
    VVD Williams Vdv
    Salah Palmer Wirtz Cunha Reindeer
    Watkins SL

Bench : Dubz Richards Guiu Esteve

Thinking SL as a set and forget and I really like the midfield , with Cunha playing with better players than he did at wolves.

Rudolph is only good over the Xmas period.

I had VVD for some time. Yesterday's game has put me off their defence, especially with the first 3 fixtures.

Think Cunha is a wait and see personally, yet to score/assist for United and facing a tough defence on Sunday. Not the best fixtures either.

Way more attacking than AWB. Don't see AWB defcon points being much better

Diouf looks a decent punt. Not many CS for both.

Guys help on Haaland vs Salah, thinking to go with neither of them. too much on a 50-50 right now

      Haaland is City's dominant attacker.

Salah is Liverpool's dominant attacker but will have a bit more competition for Liverpool's attacking points.

I would go Salah over Haaland. Both have great potential but Salah has the additional point for scoring midfielder and potential clean sheet, as well as the bonus points are different this season for team work defensive contributions regarding tackles etc, so i think Salah all the way

I think swerving both is a reaction to the community shield with most set up with just Salah.

I bet by Thursday that the premium picks are back in most teams.

He might not of signed in time but regarding Everton players, you now need to take into account Jack Grealish otherwise out of the 2 options ypou listed i would go with A

    Moyes main attacker options:

    Barry
    Beto
    Grealish
    Ndiaye
    McNeil
    Alcaraz
KDH (could move to 8 role)
    New RW signing (e.g. Dibling)

    ST:
    Barry or Beto

    LW/CAM/RW options:
    Grealish/Ndiaye/New Signing
    Ndiaye/Grealish/New Signing
    Grealish/McNeil/Ndiaye
    McNeil/Grealish/Ndiaye
    Grealish/KDH/Ndiaye
    Grealish/Alcaraz/Ndiaye

    VdV, Cuca, Diouf
    Mo, Palmer, Kudus, Wilson

3-4-3 is a good option with bench cover

Especially if you want to save the first wildcard for a while for squads to settle down

      1. Ray85
        • 8 Years
        11 months, 9 days ago

Planning to BB and get it out of the way as I think all my squad will start. And then downgrade Bizot to Dubravka next week to get 0.5m back.

    2. Holteenderinthesky
      • 7 Years
      11 months, 9 days ago

Bizot is a waste at 4.5m.
1 Game against a decent side. And then your stuck with a non playing 4.5 gk or an early transfer wasted on a GK. I'd go for someone like Verbruggen. Or take the gamble dubravka plays. And then spend 1m elsewhere.

      1. Ray85
        • 8 Years
        11 months, 9 days ago

Nah, I'll just transfer him to Dubravka (he's definitely not playing) next week, as I'm not planning on making any other transfers for a couple of weeks.

          • 7 Years

I don't like, locking your first transfer in for a keeper who very easily could concede in the first GW. I think its better to go for two 4.5s if your planning on bb. Or as I sold take a gamble on Dubravka starting, which is 50/50

Nah I think Gyok will take them (Arsenal fan here too) as the club will want to give him momentum and confidence. Plus his penalty record is insane. I'd expect it to be Gyok, Saka, Ode.

Same reason I don't have Saka this season, not as attractive if he potentially loses pens though I still expect him to get decent points.

Good Team for GW1 Bench Boost is what I am looking for:

    Sels / Verbruggen

    Esteve-De Cuyper -Gudmundsson-Reinildo-Tuanzebe

    Salah-Saka-Palmer-Reijnders -Anderson

    Mateta - Gyo - Wood

    Thoughts?

    1. Ray85
      • 8 Years
      11 months, 9 days ago

I think you need some Villa cover in there, can you get Mateta/Wood to Watkins? As much as I love Saka, I'd downgrade him personally and then upgrade that defence. Can't see Burnley keeping a CS v Spurs.

    2. JBG
      • 8 Years
      11 months, 9 days ago

Don't like the defenders, but you probably are going for attacking players to bring you the points. Just a heads up on Brighton though, they looked pretty open at the back last friendly match.

      1. Ray85
        • 8 Years
        11 months, 9 days ago

Yes, I'd dump Verbuggen tbh. Brighton get ripped at the back but De Cruyper is a good attacking threat. If he doesn't start well he's an easy swap.

That Defence is awful. Your forced to start 2 defenders from the promoted teams every week. Who for years famously go straight back down with loads of goals against them. You need to find some funds from somewhere and increase that back line. 0.5 from a keeper, 3m from wood to Guiu. Would be my moves.

Salah was superb in the last campaign. One poor game isn’t going to sway me.

Unlike a lot of players he has nothing to prove.

I suspect in a *non-competitive* game like the CS he just lets others duke it out.

I'm beginning to experience serious Reijnders fomo but I can't quite shake the fear that Pep can randomly play two of Bernardo, Gundogan and Nico G in midfield just because he's Pep. Anyone want to talk me into or out of Reijnders?

      1. Malkmus
        • 14 Years

He is pretty nailed. Will lose some mins to dalot and Leon but will be last 5 or 10. he’s a beast and could be great pick

More for Guiu than Dubravka, as people may be wanting to upgrade their striker fodder, regardless of which particular fodder it is

    2. Holteenderinthesky
      • 7 Years
      11 months, 9 days ago

I'd say its unlikely, as most will need a -4 to transfer out their non playing players. Even if Dubravka drops I don't see any issue, as they'll just stay on the bench throughout the season.

      1. Deulofail
        • 10 Years
        11 months, 9 days ago

If you WC, you won't get that 0.1 back, so you'll have to stick with Dubravka or lose it. On an early WC, that could be an effective 0.5 loss, so maybe avoid him unless you plan to save the WC for later in the season, I guess

        1. Holteenderinthesky
          • 7 Years
          11 months, 9 days ago

It's very likely Dubravka will start at some point, when he does, for me it makes no difference if he goes down to 3m, he will just be my cheap playing GK to sit on my bench for 90% of the games. Only issue you have, is if he doesn't become their number 1

Not at all, just playing the odds! The FBs are popular picks, and they're rarely going to be better than GW1. I never have to see them again after that. (I've ditched Areola for Bizot, as I don't know if he'll play.)

Donnarumma excluded from PSG's Super Cup squad.

He has been linked with United and Chelsea.

47 million wasted on Onana or 25 million wasted on Sanchez?

Really like this team. Mostly as it has 7 of my current front 8, haha.

I am not sure on Ndiaye. I know why he's been picked (penalties), but not convinced.

Although I don't need Palace till GW4 earliest I might look into a similar rotation, as they have all those midweek games to tire them out (maybe).
