Having talked about meta in my main article for Gameweek 2, I am sitting here with my team, a little worried about minutes for three of my players.
ENCOURAGING QUOTES?
That said, I want to be patient and absorb. We have had some quotes today talking about versatility and while I don’t really feel fully optimistic, I’ll use that to do just so.
“With the loss from João, we miss one more striker. Stefanos needs time to step into this role, so it’s a little bit of a balance thing. You have two strikers with Danny, with Georgi, like, how to finish a game, how to start a game, how to finish strong. So for example, if Georgi starts, you can replace him with Danny. I was wondering about whether Joao Pedro (£7.5m) would be someone I need to worry about in case there is leaked information on Friday before kick-off but as things stand, I think I’ll just play Pedro Porro (£5.5m) if that is the case.
