2pm team news: Trafford, Ait-Nouri + Rodri start, Rutter + Wan-Bissaka subs

There are two Premier League matches kicking off at 14:00 BST.

Brighton and Hove Albion take on Manchester City at the Amex Stadium, while Nottingham Forest and West Ham United meet at the City Ground.

TEAM NEWS

Pep Guardiola makes four changes from the team that lost to Tottenham Hotspur last weekend.

Matheus Nunes, Abdukodir Khusanov, Rodri and Bernardo Silva come in for Rico Lewis, Ruben Dias, Nico Gonzalez and Rayan Cherki, who is missing from the matchday squad.

Phil Foden is also absent.

James Trafford keeps his place in goal, while Rayan Ait-Nouri is fit enough to start after coming off injured in Gameweek 2.

Brighton make three alterations to their starting XI.

The hosts bring in Joel Veltman, Jack Hinshelwood and Diego Gomez.

Mats Wieffer, who is not in the squad, Yasin Ayari and Matt O’Riley make way. 

Georginio Rutter returns from injury to make the bench.

It’s much more straightforward team news from Nottingham Forest, who are unchanged.

As for opponents West Ham, Graham Potter has made three changes to the side that lost 5-1 to Chelsea.

Out go Jean-Clair Todibo, Nayef Aguerd and Aaron Wan-Bissaka and in come Kyle Walker-Peters, Konstantinos Mavropanos and Mateus Fernandes, who makes his debut.

    Gudmundsson and Diouf stuck on the bench while my starters are soiling themeselves on the pitch.

    All the while every single one of my ML rivals gets rewarded in the 97th minute with that horrific Bruno Fernandes captaincy.

      Two hours and twenty minutes ago I wrote this:
      "I will be very pissed off id West Ham score, but I know they will. Bowen will do something eventually, and that would mean no clean sheets in three matches for my Forest players. I expect West Ham to tighten up after their abject showing against the Pensioners, so probably one goal from Forest, two at the most.

      Last Forest clean sheet was back in very early April over 12 matches ago.

      But that was against United so we can discount that as a statistical anomaly. Really do need to spend another 100 million or so to try and keep up. Not too late.

        I dont own Haaland but who else should get 3 in this game? It was a garbage game all around and no player truly deserve bonus points. Haaland is a striker and he scored, thats how the BPS works. Annoying at times but its not like any other player in this game was hard done by the system awarding Haaland 3bps.

            Thats extremely hard to automate when its someone coming on and plays only 30 minutes. You'd get strikers coming on in the last 10 minutes and scoring and doing nothing else getting 3bps which is also silly.
