It is a blank round of RSL Fantasy, with only four fixtures taking place. That significantly reduces the available player pool and places greater importance on each selection.
- Al-Najma v Al-Taawoun
- Damac v Al-Okhdood
- Al-Fateh v Al-Khaleej
- Al-Hazem v Al-Riyadh
With just these teams in action, most squads are likely to look similar.
This makes decision-making more important than usual. Identifying the strongest options is key, but so is finding a small number of players who can provide an edge.
This guide from @Amerzaben1 will highlight the top picks across each position and finish with an optimal draft for Round 29.

GOALKEEPERS
A strong fixture puts Kewin firmly on the radar this round. Facing Al-Okhdood, one of the weakest attacking sides in the league, he combines clean sheet potential with his ability to rack up saves.
Another strong option to consider is Mailson. Despite being away from home, he still carries excellent clean sheet potential this round. He also tends to pick up save points consistently, which gives him both a solid floor and upside.
DEFENDERS
Al-Taawoun’s defence looks particularly appealing in this round. There’s clear upside here, both defensively and from set pieces.
Mohammed Mahzari stands out as a key option, offering threat going forward as well as clean sheet potential.
There’s also attacking upside with Muteb Al-Dawsari, who has already found the scoresheet in previous rounds and remains dangerous from set plays.
Set-piece threat and defensive strength both point towards Andrei Girotto as a strong pick. He offers multiple routes to points.
Damac defenders also deserve attention, given the fixture.
Both Ahmed Bedrane and Jamal Harkass provide solid defensive contributions, while also carrying a threat from set pieces.
On the other hand, the Al-Fateh and Al-Khaleej defences look less convincing. Both sides have shown inconsistency at the back, and this fixture has the feel of one where both teams could score.
MIDFIELDERS
There’s no shortage of strong midfield options this round.
Everything starts with Kostas Fortounis, who remains one of the standout picks. His recent returns and all-around attacking involvement make him a key option again.
Alongside him, Giorgos Masouras continues to deliver. With strong recent returns, he offers a consistent goal threat.
From Al-Fateh, Mourad Batna stands out as a reliable pick, particularly with his role on penalties and set pieces.
Fitness permitting, Cristian Vargas adds another attacking option with clear upside.
Al-Taawoun also offer a solid midfield route through Abdulfattah Al-Kuwaykibi, who provides a steady option.
Form makes Valentin Vada one of the best picks in the game right now. His recent output, combined with set-piece and penalty duties, makes him extremely difficult to ignore.
Penalty responsibility and consistent minutes keep Toze firmly in contention. He continues to deliver strong returns.
For those looking at differentials, Teddy Okou offers creativity and has chipped in with assists in recent rounds.
Al-Hazem provide options through Toze Bah and Knowledge Musona Martins, both capable of contributing in attack.
There’s also potential value in Billal Boutobba, who delivered a strong return in the last round.
From Al-Okhdood, Sattam Al-Hatila stands out as their best midfield option, with recent points highlighting his potential.
FORWARDS
This looks like a round where playing three forwards makes a lot of sense.
Leading the way is Roger Martinez, who stands out as one of the best options and a clear captaincy candidate given the fixture.
Form and shot volume make Leandro Antunes a very strong pick once again. He remains a key attacking outlet.
A favourable matchup boosts Yakou Meite, who faces a defence that has struggled this season. He offers a strong chance of returns.
Al-Hazem present multiple options in attack.
Yahya Al-Mozairib returned points last round, though there are some doubts over his involvement here.
If he misses out, Omar Al-Somah becomes a very strong option. He is on penalties and continues to chase the league scoring record.
Another option is Nawaf Al-Habashi, who has been in good form and continues to offer attacking threat.
From Al-Najma, Felippe Cardoso stands out. He has been consistently involved in goals and comes into this round in strong form.
