NOTES
- Chicago Fire arguably have the best fixture this week, hosting Sporting Kansas City. With Jonathan Bamba still unavailable, I’m turning to Mbekezeli Mbokazi and Hugo Cuypers to cover that matchup. Both should benefit from what looks like a very favourable game on paper.
- There’s also a strong home fixture for Nashville, who face Charlotte. That brings Sam Surridge straight back into my team. He’s delivered triple-digit hauls in all three home matches so far, which is hard to ignore. I’m also weighing up a double-up with Hany Mukhtar, although Sebastian Berhalter remains an appealing alternative with Vancouver taking on Colorado.
- Elsewhere, Rodrigo De Paul earns his spot after picking up 34 points across the last four rounds. With Inter Miami entering a favourable run of fixtures, he looks well set to continue that momentum.

NOTES
- Despite a slight clash between my goalkeepers, I’m planning to use the five free transfers to maximise upside and bring in more essential outfield picks.
- At the back, Mbekezeli Mbokazi is locked in, alongside Edier Ocampo. I’m also considering a move for Jackson Ragen, although there are several strong defensive options this week, including Tayvon Gray, who offers a solid alternative.
- In midfield, there’s a decision to make. Wilfried Zaha remains a doubt, so I may pivot to Hany Mukhtar, who has a strong fixture and consistent attacking threat.
- Up front, it’s hard to ignore Hugo Cuypers. He’s in great form and faces Sporting Kansas City, which looks like one of the most favourable matchups of the round.

NOTES
- I made a late change in Gameweek 9 and decided to hold onto my three Vancouver Whitecaps FC players. It worked out well. A no-look score of 79 from a 3-4-3 with no subs is something I’ll happily take, and it means I don’t need to spend transfers bringing those players back in.
- There’s a switch in goal this week. Luka Gavran comes in after getting on the scoresheet, replacing Daniel of San Jose. Hugo Lloris keeps his place after another clean sheet in Gameweek 9, so I’m sticking with him.
- At the back, I’m making a couple of changes. Mamadou Fofana and Ryan Porteous both make way. In come Daniel Munie of San Jose and Maya Yoshida from LA Galaxy. They join Edier Ocampo, Mathías Laborda, and Richie Laryea, who complete the defensive unit.
- No changes in midfield this week. I’m happy with what I’ve got. Rodrigo De Paul continues to anchor things from an Inter Miami perspective, while Niko Tsakiris is enjoying a strong season with consistent returns for San Jose. Nick Fernandez is emerging as an early MVP contender. Alongside them, Sebastian Berhalter and Guilherme round out a midfield that looks well set.
- Up front, there are a couple of moves. Rafael Navarro goes, mainly due to a tough fixture away at Vancouver, and is replaced by Gabriel Pec of LA Galaxy. Sergi Solans was a one-week punt that didn’t quite come off, so he’s out too. In his place comes Paul Judd, with San Jose in excellent form right now.
- Leading the line, Lionel Messi keeps his spot. No surprises there.
- For captaincy, I’ll start with Fernandez and then switch if needed, depending on how the other key options perform.

NOTES
- With the blank Gameweek out of the way, I’ve activated the Rebuild Squad chip to properly set up for the upcoming fixtures.
- In goal, I’ve gone with Andrew Thomas and Brian Schwake. Both are cheap, play for solid teams, and have favourable fixtures ahead, which makes them ideal picks for this rebuild.
- Defensively, I’ve invested quite heavily. Jackson Ragen, Mbekezeli Mbokazi, Anthony Markanich, Edier Ocampo, and Mathías Laborda make up the back line. Ragen gives me a double-up on Seattle, who continue to look like one of the strongest defences in the league. Mbokazi has an outstanding fixture this week, so he was impossible to ignore. Markanich offers real attacking threat alongside a nice run of games, while doubling up on Vancouver with Ocampo and Laborda also looks strong given their upcoming fixtures.
- In midfield, I’ve largely stuck with the template. The only real differential is Paul Rothrock, who I’m treating as a one-week punt. His minutes aren’t secure long term, but the short-term upside is there.
- Up front, it’s a clear strategy. Lionel Messi leads the line, supported by a double-up from Chicago to target that favourable fixture against Sporting Kansas.
