Serie A Fantasy Gameweek 37 is coming, so our experts share their latest team, thoughts and strategies ahead of the deadline.
@PSzpak

NOTES
- The previous Gameweek turned out to be a fairly average one for me overall. I decided to roll the transfer despite knowing starts for Manuel Akanji and Federico Dimarco looked unlikely. The hope was that the rest of my squad could carry things with favourable fixtures.
- Up until Monday, things actually looked reasonably solid. However, Kevin De Bruyne’s injury and a disaster performance from Alessandro Buongiorno left me with two zeros in the starting XI. Even so, I still managed to hold onto top spot in the rankings, so now the focus shifts towards finishing the season strongly.
- We’re now heading into the penultimate Gameweek of the campaign and, at the time of writing on Wednesday evening, we still don’t know when half of the matches will actually take place. Everything currently revolves around the scheduling issues surrounding the Rome derby. That situation also impacts several other fixtures, with teams fighting for Champions League qualification expected to play simultaneously. In short, it’s complete chaos.
- My transfer plans will mainly depend on Inter’s predicted line-up. They’ve already dominated domestically this season by adding the Coppa Italia to their Serie A title, so there’s a real chance Cristian Chivu rotates heavily once again. If that happens, then I may have no choice but to sell both of my Inter players.
- Another major concern is the previously mentioned Kevin De Bruyne. I’ll monitor updates closely regarding his fitness ahead of the Pisa match.
- If all of my current players are expected to start, though, then I may instead move on from Federico Bonazzoli. He’s actually been an excellent differential for me and has produced several strong returns since joining my squad. However, away matches against Udinese and Como look difficult enough to justify targeting stronger fixtures elsewhere.
- As things stand, most of my potential replacements come from sides still fighting for European qualification. Because of that, Juventus, Roma, and Como players remain my main focus.
- Let’s see what this Gameweek brings. Good luck everyone.

NOTES
- With only two Gameweeks remaining, I need to be much more careful with my transfers.
- Last week, I sold Federico Dimarco and brought in Scott McTominay. On paper, it looked like a great opportunity, but unfortunately the move didn’t really pay off.
- This week, the plan is to reduce some risk while hopefully improving my overall rank at the same time.
- Right now, the two things I feel I’m missing are a second Roma defender and Dimarco, who I fully expect to start this time around.
- Meanwhile, Giorgio Scalvini looks likely to miss out through injury, so he will almost certainly be my first sale.
- From there, I have two possible routes. The first is simply bringing in my preferred Roma defender, Wesley, as a straightforward replacement.
- The second option feels more aggressive and probably more likely at the moment. That move would involve bringing in both Mario Hermoso and Dimarco for a -5 hit, with one of Manuel Locatelli, Adrien Rabiot, or McTominay making way.
@FPLReaction

- I’m a gap off the top 50 in the world, so that will be my target for the final two rounds.
- I have two free transfers though, so if I have any issues I should be able to manage them.
- Kevin De Bruyne missed out last week due to injury, so I’ll need to keep an eye on him. He has two great fixtures, so selling him early could be a massive mistake!
- One other player I may have to ditch is Federico Dimarco. It’s a shame we don’t get the line-ups for them unlike Napoli.
- Napoli, Milan, Sassuolo, Como, Lecce, all have two good fixtures ahead, so if I have any issue then I’ll probably focus on them.
- Midfielders seems to be my biggest concern. Adrien Rabiot of Milan and Sassuolo’s Domenico Berardi if fit, could be options, but we don’t have a massive pool of good options to choose from.
- Captaincy will be between Nico Paz and Scott McTominay in the first set of kick-offs.

NOTES
- With only two Gameweeks remaining, now feels like the right time to fully target fixtures.
- At the same time, though, it’s important to stay careful. A huge number of teams are still fighting either for Champions League qualification or to avoid relegation. Because of that, we’re likely to see far more matches played simultaneously than usual.
- That creates an interesting balance when building a team. On one side, there are players from strong teams with favourable fixtures and plenty left to play for, such as Napoli, Juventus, Roma, and Milan. On the other, there are captaincy options from sides with very little at stake, which increases the risk of rotation.
- Personally, I’m backing the stronger players from motivated teams and hoping two players from the later kick-offs will still be enough.
- My main move this week will likely be bringing in Mario Hermoso. I wouldn’t be surprised at all if the Roma defender finishes the season with a couple of big hauls across the final two Gameweeks.
