NOTES
- Right now, I own five players from Viking and Lillestrøm, so one of them has to go if I want to field a full XI this round. I don’t want to sell more than one though, mainly because both teams have a double in Gameweek 14. No matter who leaves, I’ll probably buy them back after the break. Because of that, it makes sense to sell the most expensive option and use the money to bring in another Bodø/Glimt player.
- The first planned move is Zlatko Tripić to Håkon Evjen. Evjen has looked much more attacking this season. He even took Bodø/Glimt’s penalty in the previous match. That immediately catches the eye. I also really like the fixture against a Rosenborg side struggling badly right now.
- My second transfer is set to be Alexander Warneryd out for Joachim Soltvedt. Few defenders in the league offer Soltvedt’s attacking potential. He pushes forward constantly and still appears to be on penalties as well, unless the miss last time out changes things.
- The final move currently planned is Tobias Guddal to Simen Rafn. A €4.0m defender makes it much easier to build the team I want after the break. Rafn also has a good fixture this week and useful matches during the later blank Gameweeks. On top of that, Guddal blanks in both Gameweek 15 and Gameweek 17, so he needed selling at some stage anyway.
- I’m not completely convinced Rafn starts, but thankfully we’ll get the lineups before the deadline. That also removes most of the concern around my bench. We’ll have every lineup available apart from Molde v Sandefjord, so there’s no need for early transfers. If one of my players unexpectedly misses out, then selling Lars Ranger instead of Guddal could become the better option.
- With Zlatko Tripić leaving the squad, Kasper Høgh stands out as the clear captaincy favourite for me this week.
- This is also my final team reveal for a little while, as Eliteserien heads into its summer break after this round. Thankfully, we still have plenty of World Cup football ahead. Don’t forget to return for the next Eliteserien round on July 11.

NOTES
- I’ve activated my Wildcard this week to prepare my squad for the upcoming Double Gameweek. With several strong doubles on the horizon, this feels like the perfect time to reset the team structure and attack the next few rounds aggressively.
- Up front, I’ve gone with a frontline of Kasper Høgh, Henrik Udahl and Peter Christiansen. That setup also puts me in a strong position to use the Spissrush chip in Gameweek 14, as all three forwards currently have a Double Gameweek then. It feels like the ideal time to target explosive forward returns.
- Midfield was fairly straightforward. I’ve backed reliable options like Zlatko Tripić and Emil Breivik, while surrounding them with a few cheaper enablers to help balance the overall structure.
- At the back, I’ve opted for a double Bodø/Glimt defence. That includes Fredrik Sjøvold, who has already produced three goals and two assists this season. His attacking output from defence makes him very difficult to ignore right now.
- I also plan to bring in Felix Va and Lars Ranger after the World Cup break, mainly because Lillestrøm blank this week.
