        The assumption MP likes to do a Kola cameo is wrong mate. Look up the history if you want, its been discussed in pre season before - the benched left back rarely comes on for a cameo.

        Even so, I think his points ceiling and potential is so much higher and worth the cameo risk.

        Also, I'm sorry you only got Kolarov in GW6 which coincided with Kompany's absence and the City defence being abit rocked.

          All wrong im afraid to tell you (and not bothered when I got him, he is a memory).

          Kola is extra width and a goal threat that Clichy cannot provide. When in need he is often brought on as a winger as I said. I am a Blue. With KDB and Sterling now mind you, he may stay on the bench when benched this year. Not a 6.2m risk I want.

        3 cleanies so far this season, and the only reason they have even one member on the first page of scores for defenders is due to goals not cleanies. Not something 5.5m and conceding twice at home all the time, or three to Everton, brings me. They are not the same.

        Not skill alone but it was a tap in off a mistake. It was lucky. I look at performance instead. For example, Mahrez is still a great pick even without the manager's full backing.

    Morning..

    Held off wildcarding last GW and a single hit for Costa paid off but now think it may be time to hit the button. Hazard and Cedric causing massive headaches for their price with much better options + need to lose Sinclair, Puncheon, Kolarov, Huth, Rudd. Mahrez can probably stay as I don't expect he'll be benched again soon..

      cedric is not really a problem..abit unlucky yesterday but on an other day u would have benefitted from it.

      probably not to the extent of saving FT, but I will at least wait to see how hazard performs during UCL before deciding.

        It's a bit worrying having a defender that gets hauled off at and before the 60th minute though.. That was a real kick yesterday and could easily happen again!

        Hazard is a hard one because I've held for so long now with very little returns and you just know the week you remove him he's going to find his feet!

          Cedric was playing well yesterday. He was brought off as he took a head injury just before half time and played on with a bandage. Koeman obviously didn't want to take anymore risks for him.

          Given the 60 odd mins he played I'd keep him. Was constantly bombing balls into the box.

      hangeland is not nailed, delaney probably comes back in after that loss...he has returned from injury but hangeland started yesterday as they had consecutive clean sheets...souare or ward might be better

      Hazard owner here, I'm keeping him because

      1. The only player I'd like instead of him is KDB and he plays man united away next week
      2. Mourinho may well start him against a better side like west ham, and we may end up having a differential in Hazard
      3. Champions league matches in midweek can cause injuries.. I mean what if kdb gets injured?
      4. I had to sort out Kolarov first, and don't want to take a hit.
