352 is also an option for your team, and Sakho underlying shooting stats is good. Save, because 2FTs will be useful for GW11.

Chelsea defence is really bad, I doubt whether they can keep a CS.

I'm playing 352 at the moment with Ighalo as my 1st sub. Thanks for the sound advice about saving. I just have two concerns, firstly that I only have 3 fit defenders and secondly the speed of that Vardy train!

I am leaning towards to save for this GW, since you have at least 11 playing on field players, only real concern should be whether Bellerin will play in CL and next GW. But I am also not sure whether Moreno will start and keep a CS vs an in form Southampton.

So Mourinho still not impressed then?

With all the injuries I certainly do. Unfortunately Coppers football had become nauseating but when you sell the Crown Jewels and basically get rid of an entire squad bar a couple and expect him to replace them with free transfers and young loanies every season then you are just asking the impossible. I fear it's going to be a long long season. 🙁

Totally agree. I just feel no manager could have ever succeed under our current owner and the model of selling all the best players and investing basically zero. Just staying up would be an achievement. Will back there soon fro a trip and will still go and watch though, what else can you do!

It's a cycle at Swindon as it is at most lower league clubs. Endure 2-3 seasons of guff then get relegated, rebuild and go again for a couple of years of relative success then same again over and over. That's life being a town fan. But you can't give up even when it's hard!! COYR !

Wenger: "Inside the box he(Lewandowski) is outstanding, because of his technique, his finishing, his movement. That is where we need the experience of Per Mertesacker and Laurent Koscielny to deal with that because that will be one of the important things on the night."

    Hopefully Gabriel starts against Everton.

I'm tempted to take a hit. And I'm looking at Moreno, which I know won't get too much support here for the short term, but is a potentially great longer term option, and I refuse to store up medium term cheap defender transfers. I've done this before, and look what happens... I still have Huth!!

Atm have Pelle, Martial & Ighalo. Was looking at Ighalo > Lukaku in GW11. Now Martial could be on flanks considering Bony/Vardy for his place. Have been ignoring Vardy thinking the purple patch can't continue surely but now thinking he could be this years Kane. Maybe I'm convincing myself he will score well then.

FPL wise makes sense for sure. Just,as a said, cant stand him as a 'real life' player. If hes getting the points and cheaper why not?

Not sure how nail is he, Bavies was benched, when everyone said he was nailed.

He never was nailed. I think Walker is pretty safe for now, but Tripper is there ready to step in if Walker gets injured or play really badly. Alderweireld and Vertonghen safer options for sure.

Agreed. The CBs are the most nail from the defence.

I've just transferred in Danny Rose. As a spurs fan, I'm pretty sure he is first choice now. He was ahead of Ben Davies, but then he got injured and Ben Davies did well when he was out. Now he finally got a chance to start again (without Ben Davies being injured) and I think it's his place to lose now.

A bit more risky than going for Toby or Jan though.

        How nail is Walker?

Safe for now I think, but with Trippier in the squad he could easily be dropped if he plays badly. If he get's injured (like Rose did) he can also have a hard time getting his place back, depending on how Trippier is doing.

Go with Alderweireld or Vertonghen if you want nailed spurs defenders.

Hey DZ. I'd love some advice.

I'm planning on keeping a transfer this week.
Then doing for game week 11
    Hazard to KDB
    Ayew to Barkley
    Ighalo to Bony (-4)

To leave me with a team of

    DDG. McCarthy
    Kolv. Williams. Bellerin. Prodl. Staylor.
    Sanchez. Mahrez. Payet. Barkley. KDB
    Vardy. Bony. Pelle.

    Anything I'm planning wrong?

    current team for GW10:

    Fabianski
    Dawson - Richards - Huth
    Sanchez - Mane - Ayew - Mahrez
    Martial - Pelle - Vardy

    4.0 - Hoolahan - Francis - Kolarov

    bank: 8.1

    should I save the transfer?
And then most likely 2 FTs used in GW11 for Hoolahan & Martial ➡ KDB & Lukaku.

Good plan? Or should I do any transfer now?

Who's looking to be the strongest defence with the best upcoming fixtures?

1 Arsenal has to be number 1 defence wise. Fixtures mixed.

2 Saints for long term fixtures and good underlining stats

3 Pool / Saints double up

    4 Spurs

5 City once Kompany is back.

    That sound about right?

    What about Stoke? Johnson?

Basically my defence is tatters and considering a hit to tidy it up: Francis / Naughton / Azpi / Kolarov / Targett

Azpi / Targett / Naughton (he has a good fixture if he starts) - Bellerin / Moreno / Fonte or Bertrand
