Palace expect Yohan Cabaye to be fit for this evening’s encounter with Villa. Liverpool’s problems at centre-half could be easing up, Bournemouth are still waiting on clearance for a couple of new boys ahead of West Ham’s visit, whilst Dimitri Payet is almost certain to start at Dean Court tonight. Here’s the news from the press conferences so far…

Yohan Cabaye is expected to be fit for Palace’s clash with Villa, despite picking up a knock. Yannick Bolasie and Dwight Gayle remain on the sidelines, whilst Connor Wickham is back in training but not match fit.

Micah Richards “should” recover from the ankle knock sustained against Wycombe in the weekend FA Cup draw, Remi Garde has confirmed. Alan Hutton and Carlos Sanchez are both ruled out of the home encounter against Palace.

Arsene Wenger has conceded that Alexis Sanchez is sidelined for Arsenal’s trip to Liverpool, though the Chilean “has a chance” of making Sunday’s home encounter with Stoke. David Ospina will need to be assessed, whilst Tomas Rosicky returns to first-team training this week.

Bastian Schweinsteiger is set to miss United’s trip to Newcastle. Louis van Gaal has also revealed he will assess his players’ energy levels for signs of fatigue before selecting his starting XI, though Adnan Januzaj isn’t ready to play after his loan to Dortmund was cancelled.

Eddie Howe has revealed he is still awaiting confirmation from the Premier League as to whether new signings Benik Afobe and Juan Iturbe will be available to face West Ham.

Claudio Ranieri is optimistic on Jamie Vardy’s chances of playing a part in Leicester’s clash with Tottenham. The Foxes have no new injury concerns, with Jeffrey Schlupp and Matty James still unavailable for selection.

Jurgen Klopp expects to have Mamadou Sakho and Kolo Toure available for the visit of Arsenal. Jordon Ibe has shrugged off a weekend illness, whilst Jordan Henderson is likely to recover from a heel problem in time for tomorrow’s match. Divock Origi has been ruled out for another month after undergoing minor knee surgery.

Fabricio Coloccini is set for a late fitness test after sustaining a hamstring problem in the weekend cup loss at Watford. Jack Colback has returned to training and could be available, whilst Kevin Mbabu and Florian Thauvin are both nursing knocks ahead of the St James’ Park clash.

Slaven Bilic has confirmed he is “99% sure” that Dimitri Payet will start for West Ham at Bournemouth tonight. Victor Moses is back in training but won’t be in the squad, whilst the Hammers boss hopes Enner Valencia and Cheikhou Kouyate will be available after both picked up knocks against Liverpool.

Sunderland have concerns over captain John O’Shea for tomorrow’s trip to Swansea. The Irishman – who picked up a calf problem during the weekend loss at Arsenal – is the Wearsiders’ only new injury worry.

Tony Pulis is hopeful that Jonas Olsson and Victor Anichebe will recover from hamstring injuries in time for the Baggies trip to Stamford Bridge tomorrow evening.

All this and more has now been updated in the Team News section ahead of tonight’s deadline. Keep an eye on our official Twitter Stream for breaking news – as the day unfolds, we will issue updates from Tuesday’s press conferences and refresh our Team News tab accordingly to keep you informed.

Weird. Differential overdose, I think, and perhaps a little too Chelsea-happy. Oscar to Alli and upgrade Bojan.

    Any suggestions appreciated!

    Butland Gomes
    Bellerin Dann Moreno Alderweireld R.Bennett
    KDB Ramsey Ozil Mahrez Arnautovic
    Kane Ighalo Vardy
    2FT, 5M ITB

Wondering whether I should drop Ramsey, or try bringin in Lukaku/Aguero (for Vardy?) Not too much jumping out at me tbh...

Would these actually improve the team given Vardy's general form and Aguero doubts? Would take my chances with ramsey over payet for at least one more week (I appreciate here it's to raise funds...)

Also worth pointing out I got Vardy right at the start, so bringing him back in later would be somewhat painful! How doubtful is he?

Wally is nailed on to start and all they need to do is see the state of that Liverpool defence. If you ask me, the high pressing from pool makes him even more dangerous.

Because all 3 of them have great fixtures. And are players with high FPL pedigree.

Its not like Man City are playing Sunderland due to which they are scared of a haul?

Alli is playing one of the top teams in the league and Payet is playing one of the form teams.

I think LIV and eve are one of the weakest defences around.

Can understand the Silva removal from teams. Has looked awful and not sure KDB playing alongside Silva helps him. KDB picks the ball and pretty much wants to whip into the box. Pre KDB, City would build their moves up, with Silva the main playmaker.

hello all, I've a real benching headache. I'd appreciate some advice: I have Arnautovic, Mahrez, Ozil, Yaya, Alli, Aguero, Kane and Lukaku as my attacking options.

I'm thinking that I will bench one of Alli, Lukaku and Mahrez. But I have no idea who. Any advice would be great

I'll keep Yaya in as Everton are defensively vulnerable. As an Everton fan I'm conflicted over Lukaku - I want him to play, but dont want us to risk an injury. I also dont fancy us against City - our away form against the big teams is shocking.
