    Chaps....all this talk about a dgw in gw25.....is that really likely to be the case?......2nd legs of the coc are in ten days, and that wouldn't leave much time for the rearranged fixture.

    Surely the timing of a possible city dgw has a bearing on whether to keep or ditch kdb?

    Guys, please can someone help me clear this up. Confusing myself.

    Transfer is GIROUD ----> AGUERO. I have £5m ITB

    Bought Guroud at 9.1 and he is soon to rise to 9.3 so I make 0.1 profit. So:

    A.) SELL GIROUD now before he rises and before Aguero rises. This gives:

    £14.1 ITB, buy Aguero at 13.2 leaves 0.9 ITB. Aguero will be halfway to a profit for me if I do this, but his current Sell value will be 13.2 initially

    B.) let Aguero rise & Giroud rise. Then sell GIROUD and buy AGUERO. This gives:

    £14.2 ITB, buy Aguero at 13.3 leaves 0.9 ITB. Aguero will be two rises away from me making 0.1 on him but his Sell value will be 13.3.

    Which am I supposed to do?

      Let Giroud rise. Gives you a higher cost base for Kun for resale later.
      I don't think Kun's price will explode given his price tag, but in case he does I would wait for the price rise.

        So to confirm. If I let them both rise & then do the transfer, this will mean that by the time Aguero rises a 3rd time, (inc) tonight's rise,

        I will have a SV of 13.3 for him in both examples, but in B, I will be halfway to a rise whereas in A , I wont?

        See the way I see it, letting them rise first is best? As when he rises a third time (inc tonight)

        I will have 13.3 SV in both cases, but by letting them rise before doing the trade, I will be halfway to another rise.

        So confused haha

        It's confusing me.

        I think I'm supposed to do B as when KUN rises in price for the 3rd time, inc tonight's rise, I will have a SV of 13.3 for him in both examples but in B) I will be halfway to a SV of 13.4 but in A I wont

        Is that right?

          Replied above. Get him tonight and you'll be halfway to a price rise. If he hits £13.6 in a few weeks then you'll get a £13.4 SV.
